It would have been nice if the hotel provided drinking glasses instead I had to use coffee cups. In addition it was not pleasant drinking water out of the tap versus having bottled water

This is probably beyond your control but constantly having to hear vehicles outside was a bit annoying but I understand that.

The location is great. Very close to the mall and walmart. The hotel was clean, room was good. Breakfast was okay

The staff was so friendly. Jake greeted us the night we got in and was super helpful and friendly. I love the comfort of this hotel and the quietness. We were just off the elevator and we hardly heard anything which was awesome.

I couldn’t cancel one room as I no longer needed two rooms the day we left. One party couldn’t come with us. I only needed one room. But I’m not sure if I’ve been charged for both rooms three nights each. The lady at the front said I could cancel by calling booking.com but i couldn’t reach anyone.
