The rental was perfect for our girls ski trip. It easily and spaciously accommodated 4 of us . We loved the gas fireplace to warm up in front of in the morning and dry off our gear and clothing in the evening. The garage is a bit small but our small SUV fit in it. The location is fantastic, close to grocery stores and restaurants with easy access to Vail, Keystone and Breckinridge. Added bonus we watched the fireworks over lake Dillon Saturday night!

Fine unit with beautiful views of the lake. Not a bad place. Kitchen is nicely updated. The townhouse felt a bit more dated than it looked in the photos. Maybe we didn’t look close enough at the photos and had the wrong expectations Kinda felt like it was a bit overpriced for what it was. Even though it’s on a Main road it wasn’t too noisy ( but it was winter so we didn’t open doors or windows)Bedroom with the twin beds- was cold but there was a heater. The twin next to the outer wall was still too cold to sleep in. The queen and upstairs beds were fine. Living area has a massive couch and it feels kinda cramped. Had a few issues and the management was very quick to respond. Overall it was fine and nice that its 3 levels.

Enjoyed our stay here. Great amount of space and privacy for our family of five. Great location for getting to the cycling race for our kids and walking distance to restaurants.

Great experience, no issues with the property. Was the perfect size for 4 people.

This was a perfect place for our family gathering. The location was perfect-walking distance to downtown and a short driving distance to Breckenridge. The only real issue were the twin beds were very uncomfortable .

The house was a great size for the five adults in our group. The townhouse was clean upon arrival. Communication with the management company was excellent. Had an issue with the master bedroom shower not working properly and toilet kept running the first night; sent message via the text number and they had someone out right away to correct the issues. The master bedroom mattress could use to be upgraded, it felt like a bulge in the middle of the bed; the traffic noise in the master bedroom was a little bothersome for my parents. In the bedroom with the twin beds, the twin bed to the right appeared to be sloped and was not used for that reason. All the carpets could use to be professionally cleaned. Over all it was a nice place in a great location and we had a good time.

We had four adults and two kiddos in this place. Though the living area is a little snug, the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable for our group. I had seen a previous commenter who noted road noise, but that was not an issue at all. It's in a great location with access to skiing and Frisco. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Thank you!

Even though the kitchen was up todate, the nonstick pans need to be replaced. There were a few disappointments: bedrooms need new pillows & bed sheets were clean but old. I had to go to Walmart & buy decent pillows to sleep better. The wall lamps in kid’s bedrooms were about to fall off the wall. Some couch pillows were stained. Just some few adjustments like these will make this place so much better & cozy.

We did a little 3 night getaway with our family to do some trail hiking and relax. The townhouse was great, very clean. We are a family of 5 and the space felt adequate. We loved the views from the decks. Our only downside is that it’s right off of highway 9 so the noise was a lot. If you are a light sleeper it will likely bother you. But the advantage of being right off the highway is easy access to everything and the neighborhood itself is quiet otherwise. Overall a great experience! Would stay here again!

Great location for a family ski trip to Copper Mountain
The property was clean and well stocked with necessities. We were able to cook in the kitchen with the supplies provided. We enjoyed the games that were in the living room. The foyer by the front door is small and provides a bit of a challenge when a family is coming in with snow covered boots as well as when unloading and loading luggage.

We were here for a quick getaway from the city. We found the place be everything as described. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. Our only criticism was the function of the furnace. The thermostat is the lower level hallway which is probably the coldest area in the home. If you set the thermostat to a comfortable temperature for the lower level the other levels are uncomfortably hot. We worked around it.

Make sure you're traveling in amazing weather. Road conditions prevented us from getting to the rental our first night. We had hoped to obtain a refund or possibly shift our dates. We attempted to contact the owner twice with no reply.
The unit is very typical of a ski vacation. It was clean, but not sparkling. The master bedroom was huge, and the bathroom was clean, but the towels could use some bleach and the walls could use a scrub. The blinds in the twin guest room need replaced, so we had to shove pillows in the window ledge for our child to get to sleep. The large burner on the kitchen stove didn't work, but the kitchen otherwise accommodated a large breakfast. The living area had lots of places to sit, but you'd need to pull the dining table into the middle of the room if you wanted to sit down for a dinner. All in all, a solid place to stay. You could easily walk to downtown Frisco. I would recommend this place to people with kids or a group skiing for a weekend. Great location. Clean enough. Comfy. Unconcerned owner.

This house was perfect for our couples ski trip (3 couples). A short and simple drive to Copper Mountain and tons of cute shops and restaurants just steps from the condo. We walked to Main Street for coffee and shopping, just a 7 minute walk. The guys spent two afternoons in Moose Jaw (cheap drinks and good food). We ate dinner at 5th Avenue Grill (yum!), lunch at the sushi place, coffee at Abbey’s Coffee, the Emporium is a MUST VISIT. The mountain views from the condo balconies were breathtaking. The living room is cozy and plenty of seating for everyone. Each couple had their own room separate from the main floor which allowed those who slept in to be undisturbed by those who woke up early. We cooked dinner in the condo two nights and had all the utensils/cookware we needed. We fit a suburban in the garage and a truck in the spot behind it. The proximity to town was a MAJOR PLUS. We also drove up to Sapphire Point Scenic Overlook for some photos, it was beautiful. Easy to access from I-70 and only about an hour and a half from Denver. We will be back!Side Note: the staff at Evolve Vacation Rentals were so helpful and very attentive. Will be using them for future rentals.

This Frisco Townhouse was in a perfect location, walking distance to Main Street, parks close by, Marina walking distance, and easy access to Breckenridge. We loved the split levels, the master upstairs, the other two rooms on bottom floor and the shared area in the middle. We also used Mountain Tots to deliver a crib which was painless and made our stay with our two year old even better. The only downside was how stuffy the master bedroom becomes at night and the window and door opens to the noisy street so for light sleepers, like myself, this was not an option. There is a fan provided in the master room and it did help a bit but we feel the carpet might be the issue. Finally, we extended our stay last minute and the management company was quick to respond and assist us with our needs.

Very Pleasant
Cute townhome, great walking distance from downtown and easy to get on the road to Dillon or Breck. It was clean and comfortable and held all the amenities we needed. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars was for three reasons: a. There wasn't any a/c because they requested you don't mess with the thermostat which meant that we left the doors and windows open at night. That led to b. It was right on the busy road so cars racing by kept us awake with the open windows. c. Lastly, it needs black out curtains. We would still stay there again though because overall, it was a very nice spot.

The unit was clean and ready for us. The condo location was perfect for us to ski Keystone for two days and then go to Vail for two days. We enjoyed staying in the unit and would stay again.

Great condo!
The condo is exactly as described. It was clean, well maintained and enough room for the 6 of us to relax after a long day on the mountain. Plenty of seating on the large couch in the living room and kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. The garage was nice so that you don't have to scrape your windows if it snows while your there and you are only minutes from main street in Frisco with plenty of dining and shopping options, we walked there in less than 10 minutes. Next time we are planning a trip to Frisco we would definitely consider staying here again.

Very clean and comfortable, with easy access to skiing. Only things missing were a grill and hot tub.

Large clean comfy condo
We stayed in the unit 12/20-12/23/17 and found the unit nice and clean with comfortable beds and a spot for everyone it sit in the living room. There was some road noise in the master bedroom on the top floor which didn't keep us up, but might be a problem for a very light sleeper. The other bedrooms on the lowest level did not have any road noise. There were a few minor issues that could easily be improved: the kitchen towels are kind of worn out and dirty looking and the kitchen supplies like bowls could be a little better stocked. But overall, the unit is very comfortable and in a great location to ski at Breckenridge, Keystone or Copper.
