No volvería ni recomendaría. Reformar hotel y mejorar cálidas comida

Colas para ascensor, comida de mala calidad y mal hecha( carnes duras, pescado pasado) , habitacion antiquisima( de la serie Cuentame en primera temporada), deterioro de balcones, rejas.., que cobraran por usar hamacas piscina etc etc.... no repetiría.

Sauberkeit. Gutes abwechslungsreiches Essen, Tischwein zu den Mahlzeiten gratis. Sehr geringer Aufpreis zwischen Halb- und VP. Surfschule mit erfahrenen Trainern und bestens ausgestattetem Equipment zu zivilen Preisen. Großer Pool.

Veraltete abgewohnte Zimmereinrichtung mit nur einem Stecker und einem Nachttisch. Unglaubliche Geräuschkulisse in den Speiseräumen und Massenauflauf der im Hotel eincheckenden Ostblock -touristen. Überteuerte Übernachtung im Vgl. zu anderen dort ansässigen 4* Hotels.

A excelente localização, a limpeza das instalações, a simpatia dos seus funcionários, a boa relação qualidade preço, a alimentação variada no restaurante, o estacionamento, as praias com águas transparentes...

A falta de sinalização dos aseios (WC) na zona da piscina.

Overall, the hotel is nice. Small shortcomings exist everywhere.

1. The food was nice. 2. The view is breathtaking. 3. All facilities are close to each other. 4. Close to shops and restaurants. 5. Big pool and a nice selection of beaches. 6. Great and helpful Reception staff except one person. 7. Kids disco is nice.

1. Absolutely no vegies at the breakfast. 2. Neighbors complained that we made noise, but we were just talking and nothing else. I think that the walls are very thin. 3. Receptionist Antonio can be nicer. Whenever he is asked about something, the answer is "No" unless you ask several times. For example, he gave me 50 cent coins for Billiards which are not accepted, I doubt that he does not know about this. 4. Even though Animation team are working hard, their evening entertainment is a kindergarten level, absolutely amateur. We have been to many other hotels around the world and this is one of the worst animations.

Queues everywhere and not a 4 star hotel

Location is good and cheap parking, €3.5 per day. 2 min walking to the Mediterranean sea and on top of the mar menor

Very old and dated. Massive queues for the elevators. I was in the 5th floor and end up going up by the stairs a few times. Food is terrible. Although we had all inclusive, we end up going out for dinner and lunch 85% of the time as food is terrible, bland, and processed food with not many options... And you even need to pay for any drink. Not to mention queue to go to restaurant and queue to pay for drinks. Swimming pool sun beds you need to pay...

Overall a good stay, nice view of the sea from the room and good food!

Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating Reception staff! The salads on the buffet are nice and fresh and the desserts are delicious!

The hotel is in urgent need of renovation! It has a great potential as it was nearly at 100% occupancy every day but everything is very old; bedroom furniture, curtains , bathroom (especially hair dryer!) all needs a refresh! The pool didn't feel very clean, and we didn't like the fact that the hotel was was full of sometimes 'screaming' children :( this should be mentioned to customers during the booking process to be able to make a wiser choice! Dinner time should also start much earlier from 19:00hrs as not everyone can have dinner so late and it would help ease the long queues! Actual dinner choices were very limited and mainly catered to kids (i.e nuggets, spaghetti, burgers) We expected to see more Spanish dishes such as paellas, meats etc.

A trip to explore the Mar Menor and La Manga.

Balcony and view over Mar Menor was superb. Air conditioning was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was limited in choice but was adequate and tasty. The overall value for money was excellent.

Can't fault the hotel at all for the price.

Their pool and fitness centers is fully stop no massage or spa inside No complementary coffee, tooth brush, soap etc.. Just very poor mantality on service Air-conditioning not working well

Very good

It would have been great in summer. I felt like I was in a retirement center as they were only senior visitor and the food was ok but simple. Beautiful area and beach.

Relaxing, friendly, excellent value stay

Amazing quality of buffet for dinner and breakfast. It was an off season deal. Dinner came with a bottle of wine as there was a nice range of food to choose from. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and also very helpful in dealing with a problem we had because we had accidentally booked twice and they could have charged us but did not. I can see us definitely staying there again.

No complaints. Considering what we paid to include both dinner and breakfast, it was amazing value for money.

It was great experience, I'm glad we've found this hotel!

We had amazing time at Cavanna Hotel! Location is perfect, hotel is literally on the beach. The view from 14th floor was breathtaking. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was big, nice and clean. There is a gaming room, evening dancing, clean and big enough pool, bar, souvenir shops in the hotel; you can stay entertained not leaving the hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included in the price was such a bargain! Food was delicious! Big variety, we had a chance to try traditional Spanish meals and desserts. Staff doing their best to take care of guests, although it was busy especially during lunch or dinner, it was still clean and food was brought in all the time. Definitely value for money! Will go there again, for sure!

Shampoo and shower gel in bathroom would be helpful.

everything we needed , staff lovely, a little more British entertainment/music would have been good. loved the beach bar and shops hair dresser. did a good job cutting my hair.

needs a lick of paint but on the whole very good. Everyone works. very hard as a team.

Two lady’s on reception went the extra mile for me as my booking hadn’t been confirmed by myself trouble finding my passport etc both more then understanding

sorry, first and last visit from us!

absolutely not 4star! the only bar available for a drink was the pool bar with continuous loud music all day. buffet restaurant more like a canteen with some food ok, salads nice and fresh. bread and deserts pretty poor! breakfast ok but hot food same each day day. mostly whole fruit served , not sliced. not enough supervision of restaurant staff who were very slow to clear tables coffee not served in dining room. all drinks poor quality from self serve machines. Previous guests underwear found in drawer. part of bathroom ceiling fell on my head, staff at reception not really concerned.

Pool lovely and location. The hotel needs updating

Rooms very old and shower was falling off the wall very old and out of date. The bar staff very rude.

Good place for Party Animals

Near beach. Many variations of food. Good air condition.

Very noisy place with minimum sound proofing. Take care you get room far away from a pool area if you want to sleep. Queues to elevators and dining room. There was no free parking places -even we buy a private parking.

Superb

Apart of the minifrigide in need of a clean I liked most of what the hotel has to offer. Everyday activities for all ages. Good management, polite staff,great location. It was worth it.
