Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Frühstück war reichhaltig, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Die Lage war ein super Ausgangspunkt für diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten, Tram- und Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Tür, dank des ÖPNV Tickets, das man im Hotel erhalten hat, sogar kostenlos nutzbar.
Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr niedrig.
Anreise mit dem Zug ist empfehlenswert, da der Bahnhof direkt vor der Tür liegt. Es gibt fast nur Anwohnerparken im Umkreis und das Parkhaus des City Centers war bei unserer Anreise am Feiertag geschlossen.

Die Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof ist super. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr gut.
Der Platz im Frühstücksraum war etwas knapp bemessen.

The hotel and the room were ok. The bathroom quite old and less well maintained.
The service, or the Nachtportie, an older gentleman with, were the purest disaster.
Very unfriendly, not at all service-oriented and if you ask things or even the price of the room and breakfast inquired you got very rude and pat answers.
Even the bill he did not print out in the evening, that would not work, he said.
Overall, service is the purest disaster! The hotel itself Ok, breakfast I had none.

Cold bathroom and floor. Very load outside (windows and door not very isolated).

Location was excellent, very close to the train station. The breakfast buffet was quite good, with many options to choose from. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
My room had mold all over the wall - this constitutes a health hazard and should not be present at any property, especially at a 3-star hotel. The bathroom needs renovation.
