Needs a lot of improvement

Overall, the experience was not good.

Comfort of the beds and the room is risible. One of the beds was broken and when we went to complain, the attendant said he couldn't change it because he didn't know if it was me or if the bed was already broken. Absurd! After a long conversation, we got a room for that night and the next day they changed the bed.

Poor excuse for a 4 star hotel....

Putting it short: for the first time ever, absolutely nothing!

Where to start....old building, very old facilities, uncomfortable, the constant wind sound made it look like a medieval castle. The first room had air conditioned broken, no wifi, air drier broken. Complained and got another room still with no wifi and still the sound of wind (we didnt sleep). Only a single plug to charge phones in the entire room....The swimming pool space has nothing to do with the picture. Cheap Breakfast...

Offered poor quality room, when something else was available. Difficult negotiation to have our request granted - bigger room , windows and balcony.. Satisfaction, finally but with a struggle. Second room was good.

Perfect if you dont want to stay in the centre of Calgiary. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Clean hotel with nice pool and parking

Arrived bar closed.. for 2 days staff couldn't be bothered bath had no plug on the sat had to wait till Monday 4 maintenance? Rec couldn't get a basic plug.. when u order food coffee come back wrong order when inform them they leave it and walk away....

The kind staff, the nice surroundings around te swimming pool, breakfast, the willingness to help or make small talk. Really good to have a bus stop at the front of the hotel, directly in contact with Cagliari itself (about a 40min drive)

There was a leak in the bath but it wasn’t fixed when we left. Overall not that bad because they did help us with extra towels and stuff, but it would have been nicer if it had been discovered and fixed earlier. It wasn’t such a big problem.

The hotel is very clean and is surrounded by supermarket, bus stops and pizzeria but the area outside the hotel is dirty

Disappointing

The breakfast and the waitress were nice during the breakfast.

We were under nonstop control of the staff (reception, pool). Especially one of the receptionists (older guy) was wery rude. We were told that we can't bring even the water from the shop to our room. We were told it is because of Covid, but it wasn't mentioned in the conditions at all. The room was quite old and noisy.

No one speaks English, the location is far away it’s not Central at all. I wanted to borrow knife to cut watermelon that was not possible to get at this hotel, I fell I just wasted my money there. Know one helps

The worst hotel ever

Nothing to like about that hotel. I don't mind about rooms and how hotel/environment looks like but people who works there are so unprofessional! They don't speak or understand English good, very hard to communicate with them. No help at all, we complained to 5 different people who works on reception about air-condition in our room, they all said they will check but for 10 days how long we stayed there nothing changed, they didn't check or did something about that. The worst thing was when one evening we wanted to borrow knife to slice fruit which we bought and guy who worked in a bar of hotel started to swear us on Italian and he was really mad cuz we asked something from them! He came back with one plastic fork and knife that he threw on desk and passed by us still talking bad on Italian and not even looked at us. I have been in many hotels, Airbnbs, hostels, I'm not picky person, I can sleep on a rock, but this is for sure the worst hotel that I have been! Only because of people who works there and such bad and rude service!

People who works in hotel! So unprofessional, can't English and for such kind of work where you work with tourists you should know at least basic English skills.
