Perfect Nikos & Efi his house keeper could not do enough for us we have found a true Dimond in Pefkos & will ret

The property was quite but very close to the beach & a five minute walk into the centre of town Flyers bar & cafe are 1 minute away which has stunning sea views

Fabulous holiday!

Location was a stone throw from the beach & restaurants. We were in a ground floor apartment so no actual sea view but the room has high ceilings so nice & cool & we’ll presented in a rustic way. Front & back patios, kitchen had all we needed & the bed was the most comfortable I’ve had on holiday. The housekeeper was around every day keeping everything looking great & Nikos popped in to share local knowledge & ask if we needed anything.

Option to book an upstairs apartment but that’s booking.com, would book directly with Nikos next time.

a lovely relaxing stay in pefkos

A lovely self catering studio with everything we needed for our stay provided by Nikos who was friendly and helpful on arrival and during our stay. The perfect location, peaceful, next the lovely sandy Lee Beach and within walking distance of local bars, shops and tavernas

We would definitely return to this cute place

The service from Nikos has been fabulous, thank you and lovely surprise cakes for us too! The location is absolutely superb, just 2 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the supermarket and a choice of pool bars even in October. We had a couple of lovely meals in Flyers too, also very close by. Our apartment was a cute and quirky little place, with a lovely balcony, views of the nearby sea and very quiet at this time of year. We had servicing of the apartment every other day and the cleaner was around every day if we needed anything in between. She was extremely courteous and didnt mind returning later when we were still in the apartment. Transfers were arranged for us and these were excellent.

A kettle would have made it a little more practical! And we didnt quite realise that the apartment was over 2 floors.

Very pleasant first time visit. We will probably book again and recommend it to our friends

Close to the beach and restaurants. Access to public transport very good. The owner was very attentive and organised an excellent day trip to explore the non tourist parts of the island. Many of the guests were regulars which reinforces our experience.

Difficult to find fault.

fabulous location next to a lovely beach. Nikos was an exceptional host, great communication, nothing too much trouble at all.

the stairs in our apartment were a bit steep for me, and the step up onto the balcony meant we hit our heads a few times. nothing major, would just request a different room next time.

Laid back location at the chilled out end of the beach. Nickos and Hamza made us very welcome and could not have done anymore than they did to make our stay any better. Great value for money. Great views from the roof terrace. Handy kitchen area FABULOUS 👌 THANKS

Great place if you get the seaview

Wonderful location right near the peaceful small Pefki beach (with fine sand!), peaceful place. Clean room with a nice double bed. Nikos is extremely responsive and helpful.

The ground floor room in the back building had only one window facing the street, and no mosquito nets. For privacy reasons and to avoid mosquito invasion I couldn't keep windows or doors open, so got no natural light nor air in the room. I expected a room towards the sea so was hugely disappointed. I'd suggest categorizing and maybe pricing the rooms clearly based on front vs back building, ground vs 1st floor, seaview or not.

Relaxing stay

Location is perfect. We got a room with amazing view to the beach. The beach in from of the apartments is amazing. The room was very spacious and cleaned every 2 days. We had a littke balcony, which I absolutely loved. Very quiet place. Perfect for a relaxed holiday. Nikos was super helpful. The food in the restaurant was brilliant. Alk the staff was nice. 100% recommend.

The shower was a bit messy. It thing that connects to the wall was broken.

Spectacular seaview, very near to the beach and good restaurant (Flyer, managed by the family). Big terrace, cleaned room, strategic location to visit the island. Nikos is the perfect host.

Very pleasant stay in a great apartment near the beach

Wonderful large terrace with a great view over the beach and the town. Very clean and large apartment on two levels. Fully furbished. 2 minute walk from the beach and downtown.

The shower curtain sticking to the body while showering. The bathroom was big enough for a proper shower cabin. Just a detail though.

Superb

Amazing location just few steps from the beach with great view. We got attention from the owner through the stay to make sure we are comfortable. On the top we got little present in the end, what an amazing touch. Apartments was super clean and we did not miss anything. I fully recommend.

A place to thoroughly unwind, walk, swim, relax with plenty of bars and restaurants to appreciate.

Location is perfect, quiet but within easy walking distance of beaches and restaurants. Simple traditional-style studios with all essentials and kept immaculately clean by Blessy. Nikos is a host who goes the extra mile to ensure that your stay is thoroughly enjoyable and you feel immersed in village life. No problem is too big for him and he is very generous with his time, help and company. He can also arrange airport transfers and local tours with personalised small groups. Pefkos has an atmosphere of "one-big family" and hardly surprising that people go back to the same place year after year. Flyers bar/restaurant is right next door and provides a wonderful view of the bay as well as cold beers, great food and cocktails!

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but the only slight downside in our studio.

perfect value for money.

this facility was spotless clean. Location is perfect in terms of proximity to both beach and the center. We also loved that it is located in a big estate where you feel you are in country.

the only thing missing with this facility is that it does not have mosquito nets on the windows.
