Exceptional

The location is excellent, on the main road near the bus stop and relatively near all the beautiful beaches. They have their own restaurant in front of the appartments with excellent fresh and traditional food. Small markets are close by. The host was really kind and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy, the space and the beads were comfortable.

Only suggestions for improvement: There are no mosquito nets on all the windows, so we had to use and sleep with the air conditioner on even when it wasn't needed. It would be great to have something to scoop the water after showering. The silverware for four people was not complete. Having kitchen essentials such as washing soap, sponges, dispensers filled with salt, some sugar, a cloth to catch water, cooking oil and maybe a few other essentials would be great to have.

Exceptional

Very nice small apartment with a nice terrace in a beautiful garden. It was cleaned every day and the bed was comfortable. The location is really nice, the beach is just across the street, there are small supermarkets and many restaurants around the corner. There is also a bus stop in front of the house, so it’s easy to go to skiathos town or to the airport. We would really like to come back soon. Thank you.

Mosquito nets at the window would be a very nice add on :)

A lovely quiet location . Beautiful & clean well maintained little apartment .

The apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds were extremely comfortable & white towels & linen were exceptional. Very pleased with the location of the apartment . Not too far from the beach and the family run restaurant was outstanding .

There was nothing wrong at all except the property didn’t have a swimming pool but we was aware of this .

Great location that exceeded expectations

Great location next to Bus Stop 16 which is a €2 trip per person into Skiathos or Koukounaries Beach. Deluxe apartments are newly renovated and very very nice. Agia Paraskevi beach (all sand) is over the road. Sunbeds available and a kiosk 100m away. We left on 1 July and the cafe serving the sunbeds was still a few days from opening. Restaurant that is part of the complex is very good and everyone is super friendly.

Very few cooking utensils if you plan to eat in but with all the tavernas no need. This is a small family running the accommodation and a very good restaurant so they can be slow to respond to Booking.com messages. They speak good English so just call them.

On a busy road, unkind host

Property location is on a busy road, difficult to cross, noisy. Very unkind host, who ruined our vacation. We had a request and tried to reach her via phone, she asked to message her, as she can't speak English well. I've send email and several messages via Booking chat, none of them were answered. When we arrived I talked to her and it turned she can actually speak English. When I asked why I didn't get an answer on my messages, she said it was not needed from her point of view. If I'm calling, texting, reaching Booking support to ask some Greek speaking agent to reach her, seem it is important to me. And when the other side doesn't care and purposely ignores, because for them is enough you made the reservation, it isn't a good hospitality.

Skiathos is gorgeous & we would highly recommend staying at the Paris Studios as it is perfectly placed half way alo

Studio was lovely and clean, well presented with a great power shower which every body loves. The family run restaurant served gorgeous home cooked meals as well. The lovely beach is just across the road & Bus Stop 16 is right outside the studios for a short ride to Skiathos town or to the west of the island.

Good stay

The location was excellent, on the main road and just 100 m to the beach. We searched for a location where we could feel the true local vibe of a greek island so we avoided the crowded city centre and this was a great option. The hosts were very nice and friendly. They also own the taverna right in front of the studios, their cooking is amazing, one of the best fried zucchini with tzatziki on the island. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Cleaning was made every day and on request at any moment. If we ever visit Skiathos again, we will probably return and stay here again.

The late check in. We arrived at 9 a.m and received our rooms at 15.30 in the afternoon. It was indeed mentioned when we booked, but considering you have guests announced to arrive early and your check outs are at 10 a.m, it would be nice to try and accomodate sooner. As a suggestion, they could improve this part, so that guests don't waste an entire day of beach or sightseeing just waiting for a room. - The studio's bathroom is not shown in the pictures on booking, the bathroom that is shown is from the deluxe rooms (newly refurbished). It was okish but it would be better if there was more transparency so that the guests have adjusted expectations.

Very nice, cozy studio, we had everything we needed. Close to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were very nice and supportive. We also ate at their taverna and the food was very good.

Excellent apartment, lovely owners, awesome location.

There was a problem with mosquitoes in the room for the first night. Having known beforehand by the owners would have been a nice gesture as we could have bought some products to help. Also, there was no door on the shower which I hate.

great location between town and the best beaches on skiathos. The beds are very comfortable. the gardens are well maintained.

My stay was mostly okay.

Great location, mostly aesthetically pleasing apartments.

The shower had a curtain (which I don't like as they move and stick to you if you touch them while wet) and the shower head was not fixed, and you had to hold it to wash yourself which is challenging when washing your hair as a female. I also didn't like my windows being opened every day upon cleaning as it led to many bugs entering the room and I was covered in bug bites.

Clean and spacious apartment in perfect location.

The accommodation was very nice and the owner and family were wonderful hosts. The room was perfectly tidy every day. We arrived earlier than was officially possible and the owner accomodated us. She also helped us arrange a transfer to the airport. The care of the owner and her family was really above standard.

We really didn't enjoy the amount of mosquitoes. But that's not problem of the accommodation. In the supermarket which is super close to the studios they are prepared for the insect. They have a lots of repelents and others stuff.

Paris Apartments Review

The location is ideal! It is close enough to the town of Skiathos but also central to the rest of the island. There is a gorgeous beach less than 400m from the apartments. The host was excellent. There is lots of parking on the premises and a beautiful garden. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated. I adore these apartments and I am sad to leave.

Perfect stay in Aghia Pareskevi !!

We absolutely loved this studio, so comfortable, clean and great balcony. lots of hot water, towels and bedding changed very regularly and very clean . Studio well laid out with fridge,cooker, toaster, kettle and hair dryer and safe. Air con also. 3 supermarkets and lots of tavernas nearby. Maroulla and her family are the friendliest hosts and cannot do enough to make the stay the best one. The location is superb behind one of the best taverna’s in Aghia Pareskevi, Mesostrato, with Paris the chef always smiling and producing great food. The location is perfect, right next to the bus stop 16 and 2 minutes walk to beach, and 10 minutes walk to Kolios beach also. I will stay again on our next visit and would highly recommend for a happy holiday and comfortable accomodation . Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Super clean, comfortable, new room. Great host!

We got room no.7 which had been recently renovated and everything was perfect. The most comfortable beds and pillows I ever encountered at accommodations in Greece. Cleaning done every day and very well done. Kitchenette with everything needed to cook. Large balcony with sunshine. Last but not least, the hosts were amazing and very helpful with anything we needed. Walking distance to the beach, just crossing the street. Would definitely return here!

Best place to stay in Agia Paraskevi

The apartments were exceptionally clean and fresh, they are set in nice garden setting with one of the best (if not the best) restaurants in the area right on your doorstep. The beach is 2 mins walk away. Will definitely be coming back again.

Fantastic location, for easy access to Southern beaches with local bus service just outside. Marula our host was very kind. Great AC and a good travel cot for our son. Beautiful pomegranate trees in the grounds.

Perfect

Everything was exceptional. Room cosy and modern, coastal design... Very clean, every two days the room was cleaned. The yard very well taken care of and pleasent. Marula and her family very nice, warm and discreet. Beach Agia Paraskevi across the street, which felt very confortable when we were tired and didn't want to go to other places or wanted to take a swim at 8 PM. Bus stop 16, right near the house and that made it very easy to travel to the other beaches and Skiathos town, almost every day. Three supermarkets very close, taverns on the premises, very pleasent... Enjoyed very much the confort of our studio, at a incredible very good rate! Thank you for everything!!!

Beautiful, clean and modern apartment close to the beach!

cleaning every day, they even washed my dishes! Modern and simple interior design. Really huge bed! Good starting position for discovering the beautiful island. And really close (2 min walk) to a nice beach! Supermarkets near.

The kitchen equipment was not totally complete, no ladle turner, no basic spices like salt or pepper, no baking paper. There is no real reception, but you can always talk to the tavern in front of the apartments. Street gets quite noisy while the day and early night.
