Die Lage war super. Ein feines Restaurant im Haus, über die Straße direkt die Elbe und ca 25 30 min nach Hamburg in die Stadt.

Hotel in the suburbs of Hamburg. Big triple room, public parking in front of the hotel. Beautiful area around for walking. Breakfast for additional price.

Breakfast without hot dishes, expired bottled water, no hairdryer, no baby cot. Check in till 10 pm. Tiny bathroom, strange faucet in the bathroom, to turn on hot water you need to go through the maximum pressure.

I love the bed dressing the room design and almost everything 😌 I must confess you guys are good just for the problem of no taxi and Uber lol

My best hotel ever

Breakfast was O.K., location no problem.

Room to the street: some teenagers played music till night... :-( This is not a hotel issue, however it is related: Next to the hotel, with the same entrance there is a restaurant. It is not possible to pay there with debit card, althought in the hotel yes. It was big big problem resulting I went to the ATM in the night .. definitelly it is the reason I will not choose the same hotel again.

The room itself was nice and what we expected. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The receptionist was the most unfriendly person I have ever met. I have never (!) been treated / talked to like this as a paying guest or person in general. We had parked in an employee parking spot by accident - but moved our car right away once we were told. After asking where we could park later that night this person told me to simply use my eyes. After asking for an invoice I was made fun of and asked if this was my first stay at a hotel. I honestly almost felt threatened because he was so rude. And not only that: after saying "Wow" - because he was being so rude - we were imitated and mocked. The whole check-in process was a truly terrible experience and I would honestly rather sleep on a park bench in pouring rain than have to spend another 10 seconds dealing with this person. I rarely write reviews on these sites but this ordeal had me honestly shook up.

Breakfast was really great. Good variety and good quality. Staff also friendly. Wi-Fi perfect. Parking in front was a plus. The room was clean, towels good, but in some spots of the room it was a little dusty. All in all a good option.

Nice location in a small town on the Elbe, friendly staff, decent facilities for the price, perfect if you are travelling through and don't want to spend a lot of money on a hotel in the city. Room was clean and quiet. Popular greek restaurant attached to the hotel. Nice park nearby for a walk in the evening. Easy access to the motorway and free parking.

Its a budget hotel, there is nothing not to like. Clean and friendly. Not a destination but great for a stopover on a longer trip.
