The Breakfast is developing as the new management put their mark on the hotel.
It was a little simple..
The staff were superb and particularly Raul, Amanda and Chef who were very welcoming.

La salle de bain date d‘il y a 30 ans.
L’accueil froid, sans „bonjour, bienvenue“.
On ne se sentait pas bien. Pas de chaleur.
Le prix était beaucoup trop élevé par rapport à la prestation. (400.-/ nuit pour une chambre avec 3 lits.).

Nice hotel, everything is in place. Breakfast are modest, but fine. WiFi is fast.

Cozy room, very warm design and the staff was ok.
The breakfast might be better for that price and table was quite empty at 9:50am even if i know breakfast ends at 10:00am. Otherwise the hotel is very nice, very clean and the position is amazing.

This hotel looked great on the site but in person totally exceeded my expectations — super comfy beds and clean rooms and the hotel is beautifully positioned on the main road in Rougemont which is an extremely beautiful little village. There are good restaurants nearby.

Very charming place, great location in a picturesque village, minutes away from Saanen and Gstaad. The hotel is simple but has character. It's clean and comfortable. Totally recommend it.

There is an Excellent restaurant just across the street called Le Cerf highly worth the stop. Staff was kind and welcoming.

Very friendly and helpful staff at breakfast serving. Room was spacious and silent so unlike so often in hotels, the sleep was actually nice and comfortable.
Rougemont ski-lift was short walking distance away as well as the train station with connections to Gstaad etc.
The hotel was located in very cute sleepy little village.
The 2-key switch system of the hotel is just stupid and creates only discomfort.
Very less parking available for hotel quests.
The dinner at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly poor in regards to taste and quality.
Breakfast time starts too late and the facilities at the breakfast are too domestic-styled and cumbersome, so it makes the start of the day very slow and inefficient: I have no desire to boil my own eggs, wait them to cook, clock them etc. - fully useless procedure for clients. Would hate to be having breakfast with more than 5 other persons at same time...

very clean
our room was cold and we had to wear extra layers as outside was -1degrees! the heater didnt work properly and there wasnt a geniune sorry for this problem. the hotel is short of staff, same person was responsible for front desk, serving food in the restaurant and checking technical issues in the room. she works hard (doesnt doesn’t English) but realistically one person cant do it all. overall, we wouldnt stay here again and the hotel definitely isnt worth the money we paid for it

Breakfast was good. The manager was very remarkably moody but mostly nice and efficient.
That staff didn't wear masks in common areas despite this being (understandably) a requirement for guests.

The old building was nice. Enjoyed eating outside on a sunny evening. Big portions for evening meals. Good coffee for breakfast.
A second pillow (each) would have been great.
