The room was fresh and clean welcoming :)

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, plenty of drawers to put your clothes in and beds were comfy.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel.

The room was just refurbished so was in great condition.....clean and comfortable and very competitively priced

The breakfast and bar and games were closed for refurbishment until August ....so this would make a stay more enjoyable...but not a problem as its central location means everything on the door step

Owners extremely attentive and friendly. We were in room 20, top floor. Fresh and clean. Location was fab, near cinema, beach, bars and Regent Street. Parking can be a nightmare in the street but there is plenty around corner. Literally 1 minute walk away. Definately would stay here again.. Well done Cavendish.

Bar at top of Street is loud on a Saturday so parents of little ones be warned. Parking can be difficult.

Upon arrival owner was very friendly and gave me a cold bottle of water and helped carry my suitcase up the stairs to my room, I stayed in room 3 here. Room was beautiful, had a nice bathroom and shower facilities, fresh towel and complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee facilities, a big tv in the room which is rare in most places, a double bed, wardrobe, draws, dressing table and a balcony that gives you a wonderful view of the britannia pier. The double bed was comfortable and i was surprised when I saw a remote on the bed so looked at it... the bed has lights that change colour when you use the remote. It's in a great location near the britannia pier, a short walk to regent Street for all of your gift shops and curiosity shops and a short walk to all of your amusements and beach. Beautiful area and felt very safe. This is my second time here in great yarmouth and it definitely will not be my last.

Wasn't anything I didn't like here but I think it would be nice if there was a fridge for keeping drinks cold.

When we arrived to check in the gentlemen who took our payment helped us with the bags upstairs which was very nice of him. We found it to be clean and comfortable.

The shower wasn't very good as it was either very hot or very cold there was no in-between and the pressure was very poor.

Great location. Staff were very friendly. Good hotel for s short break with no thrills and making the most of the local area.

On street parking was a concern but permits provided by the hotel worked great, the only concern was if there would be a space but luckily there was when we needed it.
