Our evaluation is infortunatelly not based on our personal experience because our flight with American Airlines was delayed and therefore we didn’t make it to Lima at all that date. Nevertheless I wanted to thank the hotel for their approach - first they took care the day before, offered us pick up at the airport etc. The second day when we realized we wouldn’t make it, I apologized and they reacted great, even didn’t charge us the cancellation fees. Our whole experience with AA was very unpleasant and this reaction of Residencial Carlos was amazing. Thank you very much for that.
