Arturo the owner was amazingly helpful and supportive of my needs, including multiple transports from / to the airport / bus station and even arranging a required covid test. I was the only guest at the time of my stay so he could devote his time to me exclusive of others. The room was comfortable and clean. The free (included in room price) breakfast was minimal but sufficient.

Location is a little far from the main attractions and the touristy parts of the city. And all the wonderful service and help provided by Arturo was offset at the end of my stay by one false move on his part. A host should never, NEVER "project" his own mistake onto his guest! Also, if I had not been able to "recover" enough functional Spanish, communication would have been a problem as the host does not speak English.

Arturo is awesome, unfortunately he speak no English, but French. He drives you or pick you up for a reasonable price.

Unfortunately a little bit outside of Lima, but this means no other tourists and you can explore Lima from the real side...

Very friendly and helpful staff with lots of hints how to get somewhere or where to eat good local food . Breakfast was easy and delicious. Nearby are awesome and cheap local mini street food restaurants. Only two Metro bus stations (7 Min) far from the beautiful old city! Absolutely worth the price.

Arturo and his mother were very kind and warm persons,i felt immediately welcome. They help me with all the small things,like finding the right bus to the right place. Bring me to a save taxi and i appreciate a lot i could leave my stuff there till i get my flight and also using the room after i checked out.
