Great location lovely and clean

The bedroom rooms are quite small you have to leave suitcases in lounge area not a big issue

Comfortable apartment with good location

We visited during winter. It is equipped with central heating which was very valuable since the nights were cold. Loved the location as well, a few kilometers from city centre and yet near the beach, surrounded by beautiful nature. Apartment is well equipped, cozy and nicely decorated with stone walls. My kids and wife loved it.

Excellent stay.

Great host. The apartment was clean with well equipped kitchen. Bathroom was nice and clean towels were provided. The apartment was easily accessible by bus to downtown Zadar or short uber drive.

The WiFi was not strong on the upper floor level and there was no cable tv channels (only local two channels).

Lovely locals, great apartment. The beach is near, the sight is beutiful. Lilian is very helpful, and kind.

Wifi router should be updated :) too many quest too week signal. Thats all.

Specious apartment with wonderful host

This flat is outstanding! Every inch is well designed. The landlords are super kind and helpful. It’s a two minute stroll to a wonderfully clean beach. This is heaven!

An apartment with an artistic soul close to the beach.

The Lili Flora two-level apartment is comfortable and spacious. Perfect for 2 adults with one child (16 years old). The bedrooms are clean, the beds are large and comfortable. Each bedroom has an exit to the balcony. The bathroom upstairs is well designed with two windows. Towels are in sufficient quantity. The toilet on the ground floor is small but equipped with everything necessary. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, plates and bowls, pots and cutlery. There is a beautifully decorated kitchen table and chairs using the decoupage method. Mrs. Lili, if you were decorating, I admire your talent. A large living room with a comfortable sofa and a great footrest is a good place for chilly evenings. The built-in terrace is a great thing, where we could spend rainy moments and evenings with friends. There was no problem storing our roof rack. Thanks to this, we didn't have to drive with the box over our heads for a week. The small welcome treat was surprising and shows care for the guests. Mrs. Lili is a very nice person, very helpful and she responds quickly to messages - e-mail or WhatsApp. Our vacation in the Lili Flora Apartment was very successful. We sincerely recommend this place.

I have a few comments regarding the equipment, please do not take it negatively, only as a suggestion for a possible change. The bedside tables in the bedroom are beautiful but completely impractical. They have little space and no drawers. The more that the wardrobes in the bedrooms are small and have only 2 shelves. Please think about leaving a few dishwasher cubes, e.g. 1 pc for each day of guests' stay. It's a good idea to make a lamp above the sofa under the stairs. I like reading books and I missed it so much. There was a very missing floor brush. I know, I could have asked for it, but I believe it is basic equipment. I understand some guests don't like to sweep, but I don't like food scraps and crumbs on the floor and I'd love to sweep :-)
