Price, Location & pool.

Great apartment with lovely terrace and small garden. The complex has a communal pool which was clean. Location is 5 minutes walk to the beach.

A very good quality apartament with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need to make your own meals or snacks. Spotlessly clean and high quality fittings eg Roca and Grohe bathroom fittings. The showers were hot and powerfull. A short walk to the town. The apartment was very quiet, but not sound-proof, so in high season it's probably a different story. There was always a space to park on the street, so we didn't need to use the underground parking. Huge bonus was the outside space with a terrace with awning and also a seperate área with table and chairs under a canopy of roses, vines etc. Would stay again 100%

If you have mobility issues, you may have a problem because access is via about 20 steps from the street or the garage - may also be an issue if you have lots of heavy luggage. The address given on the reservation didn't match with my satnav directions, so a lot of confusión meeting our hosts

Good area with easy access to the hub. Underground parking provided within a secure location. Pleasant but small garden.

It is a bit tired in places. Needs updating and a little bit of a face lift

The property was comfortable and nice outdoor space. Not far into Denia

We were very disappointed because it offered free WiFi and we couldn’t get it. Emailed the owner and nothing happened
