Unforgettable!

Such a great vacation we have spent thanks to Yaliskari personnel, food, fresh air, amazing view, clean and cool water. Do not miss the opportunity to go for a boat trip (visiting a dosen of various places mostly breathtaking beaches) from Kontogialos beach near Monastery Hotel for only 50 EUR. You may also visit Kaiser William II Observatory, the highest mountain in the area. In case you need food and water supply, Pelekas Supermarket is near Kontogialos beach as well.

Superb

Magnificent view of the sea and the picturesque bay. Spacious room, the Internet sufficient for social networks, very quiet. To the water 80 meters vertically, which was a plus for me, and a minus for my wife. Umbrella and two sun loungers - 6 euros. But payment begins to be collected around 12 noon. On sunday the beach is a bit crowded. I finish praising so that not to increase the number of potential guests.

It would be great to get check-in instructions prior to arrival rather than looking for the owner via WhatsApp. Cleaning, change of linen and towels - once in 7 days. Kitchen ware - one huge pot and pan. Parking in front of the apartment - for two cars. There is another one for 5 cars 50 meters away, but during the day it is often occupied by those who come to the beach. Prices in the tavern are higher than usual.

2 night stay in August

The location was a perfect, quiet start to the holiday. Lovely compact studio, very well equipped and with an amazing view from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning made it a perfect retreat at the end of a hot day.

We only stayed for 2 nights so the taverna at the beach was a great place to eat. If you stayed any longer you really would need transport. We walked to the mini market in pelakas which took about 15 mins.

Superb

The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The beach is close and you can hear the waves of the sea all day. The whole place is completely isolated and silent. We spent much time just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view and the fresh air. The inside is also okay, the bed was comfortable but you won't spend much time in there I guarantee. The beach down is also amazing, and the restaurant is pretty good. There is a small town nearby with a bigger sandy beach and a few other restaurants which is also worth checking out.

There is nothing that I didn't like but this part comes with the isolated location. Renting a car is not optional, it is a must. This place is not reachable in any other way. The road to the apartment is not an easy one. It is very narrow, goes up and down, and has many sharp turns. The smaller car you can get the better. Also, there is no grocery store nearby so I strongly suggest that after you land and pick up your rented car go straight to Lidl in Corfu town and do some grocery shopping before you go to the apartment. The restaurant below the apartmant at the beach is good, and have a fantastic view as well as the accomodation, but the kitchen only opens at the afternoon so you should get some breakfast materials. Also don't forget to grab a few bottles of water because they don't recommend drinking the tap water there. The kitchen is not very well equipped. There are no spices, no sugar, or salt either so don't plan to cook big meals. But it has a small oven and a few dishes and a pot so you can warm up some tv dinner or make an omelet.

wonderful peaceful break for a couple of nights. woukd recommend hire car if you are wanting to explore

located on a stunningly peaceful but beautiful place and lovely quiet beach

not a problem for us but bear in mind studios are located around 200 yards up a very steep hill. Nearest shop around 1km away but taverna at resort was superb so didn’t need to shop…

Calming stay in nature.

The location is out of a dream, away from the tourist masses. Beds were comfy. The balcony really cute. Everything was super clean. The room was cleaned regularly.

No basic cooking supplements like oil, salt, pepper. The kitchen equipment was absolutely enough, though.

Glorious Beach Retreat

Yaliskari is a little piece of restoration. Gorgeous relaxing location out of the frenetic tourist trail. Just beautiful scenery, a sandy beach, delicious food, and a great crew at the Tavern. Already dreaming about when I can return, a week wasn't long enough.

The sea view is amazing, beds were comfortable, and the sorrounding makes this place special.

excellent place for a beautiful, peaceful few days by the bay.

Located above a quiet beach with plenty of sun beds and a lovely Taverna. clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of space and nice balconies.

outdoor seating could have been more comfortable and a bottle of water would have been appreciated.

Room with a view upon paradise

The view is quite stunning. It really is a beautiful secluded location where you can unwind for a couple of weeks. The beach is small, but cozy and offers everything you need to be comfortable. The taverna has great food, some of the best we had on the island we concluded at the end of our trip. Cleaning was amazin, we were surprised to find our room cleaned up so often and to such a standard.

The only downside is the road towards the hotel. It is steep, unforgiving and a challenge to drive on. We had no issues, but don't expect to walk to any of the locations on these roads when it is 38 degrees out. Get a car, or a scooter with enough power to get up the steep climbs.

the place is a hidden gem located in a very beautiful bay! secluted, the perfect place for those looking for a quiet place to spent the holiday. very clean accomodation with sea view, friendly and helpfull staff! the food at the taverna was delicious! a great place that we would definitely return to!

Paradise! What a great location. Only to hear the sea and the birds singing in the morning. Located centrally, so a perfect place to visit the island.

Almost nothing. But to have a knive in the kitchen to cut some bread would have been nice (but hey even in paradise not everything was oké)

All good but wifi

The kitchen is fully stocked. An amazing sea view. Especially for watching sunsets. Clean.

The wifi is pretty much useless. Especially if you are going to do some computer work. The road to it is also damn steep so make sure you have a car.

Every room has balcony with wonderful view, rooms were much better than in "booking" pictures. In the kitchen you can find everything you will need. In Taverna very good food, staff very very friendly. Cozy beach with free umbrellas and sunbed. We are 100% sure that we will come back here. Thank you for wonderful holidays. :)

It was ok all what we found at the location. It was a litle bit challenging to arrive by car but finaly was ok.

Perfectly secluded place

Actually we were looking for something like Yaliskari beach. And it was exactly like in the pictures. But the view from our balcony exceeded all expectations. Unfortunately, the weather condition didn’t allow us to use the local beach but 5 min pleasant walking (along a beautiful road) and you can find another beautiful sandy beach.
