We had the sea view apartment (stayed 1 night, during February).
Nice sunset on the lake. The place was quiet as it was off season.
We appreciated the warmth of the host. We couldn't meet at the check-in, but he was there for the check-out.
Didn't have any extra demands, but he looks like the type of person who would handle your requests with care.
