No one at the front desk at night to check-in! 24 hour front desk and security? Lies! No one was there at night, no one answered the phone either.
The guests are by themselves after night!

Good price for a room in the area, parking and breakfast. Though the site looked lonely there were good restaurants 2 squares up the hill late in the night
I was kind of hot as there was no air ventilation but there was a fan

Value for money. We only slept here because of a transfer to Salento.

Poor breakfast, nothing fresh. Only bread and some eggs.
There was a horrible drainage smell in all over the hotel. There was no wifi also.

The location is good and pretty central in Armenia. Besides it was one of the cheapest places to stay in Armenia at the time I booked. Check-out is at 13:00 pm.
This 'hotel' feels more like a love motel. The room was small, there was no fan like mentioned in the description. The 2-person bed was more like a 1,5 person bed. The room was old, doors were damaged, the shower had no shower head, but instead water poured out in a thick stream. The toilet had no toilet seat.
