The pool and the room were both great, the rooftop cafe was a great place to sit at sundown.
Ajit on the front desk was superb, extremely helpful and responsive a credit to the hotel

It was my GoTo for the last so many years, nothing is likable anymore about this property… they’ve lost total control over the years !
Horrible Housekeeping, Room Service, Staff… Noisy all day and most of the night with events, TV news channels needed to be asked for, basic toiletry supplies needed to be asked for… had to arm twist them for every basic amenity due to me !

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Neyna who was at the reception. She made our trip wonderful.
The food could be better , there was less options for breakfast

The staff had cleaned our room and have not closed the door. when we returned its was opened, this is ethically wrong

The apartment was good
The AC in room made a lot of noise all night .
Lot of traffic noise was coming from outside through out night . The glasses should be sound proof

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious, the fridge was cold for my mum's medicines and the facilities were very good. the ac in the room I was initially allocated was leaking and the staff very quickly changed my room and were very helpful.
there are a few minor things that can be improved on from my experience. For example, I had requested an express laundry which was promised in 6 hours but I had to chase it three times and only then did I receive it. Another time I asked the reception if international cards are accepted and I was told let me check and get back to you. They never did call me back.
Also, the lunch was served but they never came to collect dishes until called.
Overall these are minor things which if improved could make the experience very very good. Also it would be nice if it is mentioned clearly that when making changes the complimentary breakfast disappears.

Great location and Room!
Breakfast and food are below average. Lift had issues throughout our 3 day stay. it was extremely challenging for my 65 year old mother to climb 6 floors

Very spacious room, all facilities.. extra bathroom, nice view ...nice restaurant, courteous service and good food... Tastefully done rooms, modern decor .. Overall the rooms exceeded the expectations in all areas. Smart kitchen as well...
Some delay in services due to the arrival of a lot of guests for some wedding planned in the hotel.
