The location was good, the layout of the rooms and facilities were good, pool area was nice
Room wasn’t clean on arrival and it was a hassle to get it cleaned when we complained. We were told we could move rooms however it was the other side of the hotel, we had unpacked and it was 9pm at night so we did not want to move as the room we were moving to wasn’t as nice. We were upgraded to a second room (after 2 days) which was more superior however it ended up being very noisy due to water tanks overhead and we had frequent power cuts in the room (6 in one day on one of the days). Our bedding wasn’t changed for the duration of our stay and one day we were given dirty towels.

We absolutely loved our stay at Zefi! Panos and team looked after us wonderfully so we decided to extend our stay in Naoussa. Great location, customer service and the in-house restaurant was also a treat after big days of exploring beaches and the terrain. Very warm and helpful. Many thanks for everything from Jenny & Ash 🙏
Beds were comfortable and spacious room which was on the poolside. We loved the pool and restaurant. Food was delicious and great service.

I usually do not submit reviews. Hotel is nicely decorated and is in a convenient location. However when you are paying this type of money, you expect to be able to take hot/warm showers. We had two rooms and stayed for four days. We only had one acceptable shower during the four days. The excuses we heard was that the "hotel is full" and to "take showers at different times of the day" I like to take a nice warm shower upon my return from the beach to get the salt off me and put on nice fresh clothes. I was not able to do that at this hotel.

The hotel doesn't even deserve 2 stars or being on booking.com we paid for a suite with balcony and ended up sharing the front of the door with 4 other rooms that's not a terrace nor a balcony

Somewhat spacious room but for us the huge spa bath in the bedroom was a waste and a waste of space. decent buffet breakfast.
wifi was abysmal, would come on for a few minutes and then disappear for hours. for 3 nights for 2 people they gave a single 1.5 litre bottle of water, or 250 mls per person per day, ridiculous. other hotels replenish water supplies daily but not here. car parking was a hassle as limited car parking available.

we enjoyed staying at Zefi, the front desk attendants were so personal, and the breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were well appointed with balcony overlooking a beautiful pool. The room was cleaned daily. The hotel was a 5 minute wqlk from town with many shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend Zefi for your stay

Location was very central and excellent. Short walk through inner streets to central Naoussa. Rented a buggy which was excellent To take all over the island. Visited several secluded beaches. Totally amazing. Breakfast was amazing. So much selection. Fresh and made to order eggs/omelettes. Pool was amazing yet cool due to time of year.

I really liked the location. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk. The Naoussa port is about an 8 minute walk. There is a really good winery 900 ft away. Staff was friendly and hotel was nice with a nice pool area.
The main road can be a bit dangerous if you are walking at night. Cars drive really fast and is not very well lit.

Absolutely fantastic location. Staff were amazing and you can tell that they enjoy what they do. The hotel gives off a great vibe and felt very homely which is again a credit to the staff. Breakfast was nice and prices reasonable.
It can be noisy of an evening so sometimes it’s not easy to sleep but can’t really blame the hotel for that just something to bare in mind.

Very spacious room.We chose the semi basement with yard. It was renovated and quite big and comfortable. Great location a few steps away from naousa centre where all the vibe is.Nice breakfast and polite staff too.
