Very good

The cottage was stocked with most of the supplies needed to cook for a family. A gas grill and charcoal grill where available for use.

The male manager was rude. The floor was dirty.

Not worth the price, please save yourself and stay somewhere else.

I liked the location. 15 minutes to either ferry, close to key restaurants.

The room was dirty dirty. Dust and hair on all the ceiling fans. The cover of the A/C was absolutely filthy. Caked in grime and hair. Outside was dirty. Cigarette butt holder was full and cigarette butts were all over the grounds. Window sills were dirty, stovetop had old food in the burner pans and on the stovetop surface, dirty silverware drawers, microwave. I found a random pill under my bed, luckily it was myself and another adult but could you imagine if your child or pet found it first? When I talked to the blonde haired lady in the office she was very dismissive with me. She didn’t engage in the conversation and it seemed like she didn’t care at all. I stayed here in 2018 and I will never go back. A parking ticket was left on my vehicle about 10 minutes after I got back one night. Simply signed “Manager” So I put my parking pass in my window but your management team could be given a list of vehicles that are checked in and with that extra time they save they could be cleaning your rooms. It’s shameful that you neglect cleanliness that much.

Comfortable and close to local attractions and restaurants

Spacious cabin.

Kitchen cooking pans/ utensils could use upgrading, but adequate for our needs.

The tiki bar was not working and I was not impressed with the service lady that checked us in.

It was in a great location and the pool was nice

There was no sofa bed as listed in the booking. On our last night there I was asked about our kids ages and they were going to charge me more money u til I had to show that I had already listed their ages in the booking and had already paid the extra money for them! No response back from the woman who contacted me after that. Had to keep checking to be sure I wasn’t charged!

Very good

I had limited interaction with the staff, but they were friendly when I did. The grounds and cottage were clean.

Seems great for a fishing trip or trip with friends. The furniture set up is a little funky and everything is very dated but overall pretty clean and cared for.

Had a good mini vacation.

The pool was very nice. Very quiet area. And a great location.

Could’ve been a little cleaner. But all in all it was a good stay.

Beautiful place great stay I loved it

I love the facility I loved how it was updated and it was more modern had enough beds for the family and it was right next to the water

Bring a pillow topper or bring something that could make your stay more comfortable for the beds they are horrible the pillows are horrible I didn't sleep real good but I mean on all in all it would be like a 8 out of 10 for the place

really we enjoyed the stay, we had 6 beds and we charged for 6 bed! they charged more money! not happy about that!

it was by the water which we loved!

Great place to stay with friends or family. Only 20 min from Jet Express!

Exceptional

There was enough living and sleeping space to not be on top of each other and the AC worked well and kept things nice and cool.

Pillows weren’t very good and pillow cases were stained but we brought our own so it wasn’t an issue. Towel bar in bathroom was broken. Overall though it was nice and would stay again.

Satisfactory

The location was great and the cottage was satisfactory. Since we chose the remodeled one we did expect it to be a little better than it was. The stove was old and the coffee pot was filthy. The towels were minimal and very small for men especially. Some small size shampoo and maybe some paper towels would’ve been helpful. Overall we were satisfied. The new floor and spacious table were nice.

Suprisingly spacious cottages, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Will definitely be booking at Ted's every year we go to marblehead

It was convenient to Put-In-Bay and a good price. The advertisement said the cottages were newly renovated, but this one clearly was not. However it was adequate for what we needed. It was not newly renovated, but clean.

I was expecting a newly renovated cottage which this one was not.

Superb

The staff was friendly & it was clean. I was so happy that we could make meals & have cook outs. The best part was the housekeeper replaced our towels & linens everyday. The kitchen had dishes for cooking. I will definitely be coming back, for sure!

The cottage was nice and big. Large refrigerator to put groceries in Fishing was good

The staff didn’t put our family together. We were supposed to be together and we were 3 cottages apart. Not easy carrying food snd other items back and forth between cottages. We called the manager about 3 times to put us together and the response was always yes. Then I checked in a day before in cottage 9 and the other family was coming on Friday for cottage 10. Never happened they were put in cottage 6. Very upset with manager She wasn’t very professional at all. We didn’t have any hand soap for the cottage manager said didn’t come in. Instead of her going to dollar general or store we had none

Poorly maintained and an overall negative experience

It is located close to most activities in the area.

No tub in the bathroom, no oven to the stove. Kitchen was missing most silverware and one eye on stovetop wouldn’t heat. The garbage could not be removed by us but rather needed to be taken out by a cleaning person. We had overfilled garbage bins and dirty towels that were left. Asked for removal and was reminded to wait for removal. No pool open even though advertised as open for the holiday weekend.
