The location was great, but as the unit was at the back of the property, the outlook was pretty depressing looking at the car park, other buildings and electricity cables.

The property management. Sooooooo many emails for something so simple. Face to face contact with them when picking up the keys wasn’t particularly pleasant either.

Location, facilities.

Was told there was no onsite parking, yet there were 2 marked spots for our unit. Would have been nicer to have been able to use them & not park on the street/

Good location and good for somewhere to rest and revival when you have an active holiday. It was great value for money.

The facilities were a bit dated but still acceptable.

The only decent things about this property were location and it was relatively clean.

We could only get one quick shower in before the hot water ran out. The linen package was missing a set of single sheets which was kind of irrelevant anyway as we couldn’t use the trundle bed as it wasn’t a full length bed! It only measured at 170cm long, my shortest teenager is over 180cm tall. I ended up sharing a bed with my daughter and my poor husband slept on the couch. The ensuite is ridiculously tiny and awkward to use, the hot water tap falls off and it looks like the spindle is threaded so it’s hard to get it to work. There’s a drip in the ensuite vanity which dropped on to my make up brushes. The dirty laundry bucket and brooms was manky and far too close to the towel rail. There wasn’t enough hanging space to dry bathroom towels after our cold showers.
