Room covered in roaches

Nothing

As soon as we entered the room we noticed that it was crawling with roaches - the walls, ceiling and even on the beds. They were in the bathroom as well. We handed back the keys to the host and left to find another place to stay, but later found out they still charged us for the stay!

Nothing like I had booked

Its close to an ATM and a supermarket.

It looked absolutely nothing like the pictures on booking.com. online everything looked fresh and clean with nice white linen and freshly ironed nice red bed runners and a nice toilet/shower room. I showed the owner the difference between what I had booked and what I got, and he rushed off to get a bucket and cloths to clean the bathroom again, after which it was cleaner but I then went out and bought lots of Dettol antiseptic wipes and went around everything again! I wouldn't stay again.
