Lovely weekend getaway

The room was georgeous and the staff so kind They did everything to make us feel just great and valued they made the stay 1000 times better Rhe room was very clean and big

No need to return

The reception staff and the size and design of the rooms and the view of the valley

The smell of the rooms, the mess, terrible service and hygiene by the barman at the pool and the attitude of the lifeguard. The unappealing and unsanitary conditions of the breakfast buffet. We opted out of eating there even when it was included in our package.

Nice place, nothing more

The connection with the hotel was really great, the staff are mostly nice and helpful, they upgraded our room, and the one we got was large and well decorated. There were water bottles and wine in the room which was very nice. The view is great.

The photos of this place are like me, taking selfie in a very good light and from a really specific angle. Don't get me wrong, the place is not bad, but not as stunning as I thought from the pictures (and it's too bad because it can really be with little attention to details). The breakfast was just ok, in spite of the wide verity. No coffee machine on Saturday. Towels in the pool were often missing.

Butiful place and excellent servise.

Good quality, good value for money. The staff was very helpful. Good variety. Fresh food was constantly being served.

The coffee machine was broken. The shakshuka wasn't fresh, unlike the rest of the food.

it was a pleasent, comfortable and welcoming stay. Will definately repeat.

Overall the stay was exactly what I needed. Excelent reception, fantastic room, relaxing atmosphere and excellent view over the valey in front.

If possible the breakfast should have more variety be less austere.

Good value hotel in a great location

Wonderful stuff, nice atmosphere, large room with high sealing, fantastic area of Gilboa mountain offering plenty of activities, tracks, good restaurants. Very nice breakfast in the morning with beautiful view. Bottle of wine as a gift was a pleasure.

There is no really an opportunity to open curtains of the window in the room without being seen by people outside. Some room facilities should be replaced because they are cracked or rusted.

The room was very pleasant, we have been upgraded. Very nice staff, Very nice location.

The location of the hotel does not able to have a walk around. We must take the car. There is no pedestrian ways.

The location is great. The stuff is very nice and responsive. The breakfast is tasty and various.

They were some technical issues in the room but the stuff checked and repaired them.

Just not worth the price…

+ a small bottle of red wine as a welcome gift + breakfast buffet (when you don’t need to leave early)

- Not suitable for business travelers: Breakfast not before 8am, very poor Internet connection - Poor cleanliness and services: no change of linen during 10 day stay (or I just couldn’t notice), towels with stains, no regular cleaning of sink, a stain on the table from the red wine I drunk on the second day was still there when I left. And I could go on… :-(

The place, the pool, room look nice.

The noise. In the room you can hear everything that happens in the other rooms near you. No isolation whatsoever. And the staff was kind of rude when we told them about it and at first didn't want to change the room.
