3 días en hotel Rambla Alicante contactless

Personal encantador, amable y resolutivo por teléfono . Situación buenísima.

Desayuno pagado aparte y muy rico pero caro. La terraza de la habitación no vale para nada. Se vende la habitación más cara por tener terraza y sólo se cabe de pie, aparte de q no tiene vistas a ninguna zona emblemática, como venden. Las paredes son de papel y se oye todo lo de las otras habitaciones. De hecho hubo una noche que tuve que dar golpes en la pared para que se callara la de al lado que no paraba de hablar a gritos y reírse. Se oye cuando de duchan , tiran de la cadena y absolutamente todo.

Lo más importante es lo céntrico que está

Habitación anticuada, solo 1 enchufe en la cabecera de la cama, armario muy pequeño y sucio, la bañera resbalaba y el olor del baño insoportable.

La habitación era muy amplia y bonita, con muchas comodidades y muy moderno, la cama muy cómoda, llegamos un poco antes de la hora prevista y nos dieron la habitación sin problema!!!

Nothing fancy but nice rooms in excellent location

Nice room in central location within few minutes walking to beach, restaurants, harbor.

Self-service check in may be cost effective but troublesome if the guest can not enter the room. We were with all our luggage in front of the door that was locked and we couldn't get it. The hotline works quite well but still- not something you want to experience after long travel.

Viajé con mi madre por primera vez a Alicante, y la atención de José Vicente fue excepcional, siempre atento a todo lo que necesitáramos. Sin duda volveremos. La habitación está muy limpia y es muy moderna, ideal par pasar unos días

Receptionist helped us with the online and check-in process excellently. Taxi booked and arrived on time

Disappointing

The check-in was easy and the front desk was nice about letting us leave our stuff before and after check in.

The room smelled like smoke and the floor was super dirty. We also had many bugs in the room and were bit by either many mosquitos or more likely lots of bed bugs. This was very concerning and made us upset we paid over 100 euros for a room that wasn't clean and had lots of bugs which bit us all night. My partner and I were covered with bites in the morning.

excellent location great check in procedure with app key that worked brilliantly great set up for families with beds

we couldn't work out how to use the hi tech Japanese kettle and the qr wouldn't scan to use it!

Technologically advanced clean stay

It’s located in such a convenient area, the man who checked us in was so helpful and kind, the room’s technological advances were such a fun plus to discover! Slept great in the beds and had a more than amazing shower! The mirror and Japanese toilets were awesome

No complaints really, just the green decor was a bit off putting.

Location was great.

Room very small with one window looking at the wall and AC. But most of all the problem was with very disgusting smell from the bathroom. It was really annoying.

Great value for a basic stay

Location was perfect, and the value was great!

Although it was quiet in general, I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway anytime someone was walking by or accessing their room

Great location for a short stay

Location great. Car park was 200m away called 'San Cristobel' and good price for 24hrs of €9.5. No hotel bar or restaurant but you don't need it as everything is on your doorstop.

I would prefer to have had an actual key to enter the room as it took several attempts to unlock the door due to it being contactless (entry was via a pin code), but this was rectified quickly with reception.

Very average.

Check in with no staff was very confusing. It only works if you have phone signal and a data plan. There is a messaging service but again need data and the response is about 15 minutes.

There was a small of stagnant water in the bathroom even with the windows shut. Beds where not the best. There is very little sound from outside with everything shut but you can clearly hear people in the other rooms. There was no info booklet in the room.
