Nice, neat, small hotel not far from the cathedral. Really friendly staff. Clean and tidy room, good breakfast.

The Host Bea, made feel very welcome and she was very helpful kind. After the check-in the Hotel send me the code to enter into to Hotel and another code to access to a little safe where was stored the key of the bedroom. The room had double window and it was very quite during the night. The room was clean and the bed confortable. The breakfast was good quality. Great experience!

I didn't see any air-conditioning system, as this it could be required during the summer.

Reasonable price. Clean room. Able to use the common areas because my flight was late.

Either too hot with the window closed or too noisy with it open. A little bit unloved. Dying plants at the window sill. No buffet breakfast because there weren’t enough guests!!

Excellent location and a very clean and well maintained hotel.

The room did not have air conditioning and was only provided with a very small and noisy fan. The room looked straight out onto a very busy road and the noise from the traffic was unbearable when the window was open.

Nice hotel, good hot water, windows cut out noise, bar & breakfast available, location pretty good but might have liked slightly closer to centre, still only 10-15 walk. Fan not aircon, but Santiago usually isn't too hot so fan is fine.

I hate that there is no one there to check you in, I had a problem with code and getting key, but they answered my phone call right away. There is someone there only at breakfast and after 6 for bar/food service.

In walking distance to the Cathedral, it’s a great location. The rooms are great; nothing fancy but functional and comfortable. The best thing about Santa Clara was Beatriz and Sophie who were so welcoming, attentive and helpful

lovely garden, bar and cafe. rooms large enough, quiet despite heavy traffic outside. most friendly staff. safe place for bicycles.
