very convenient located few mins walk from Mol station. the breakfast is pretty good.

Good location and friendly staff.
No ventilation in the room or in the bedroom. No air conditioning and if we wanted some fresh air, then we'd need to open the door to the backyard and lose privacy. Breakfast with too few options.

Actual room was clean but very basic and old.
The Breakfast was adequate but nothing special.
Drunk inhabitants constantly roaming the corridors being abusive to guests. No staff present outside of breakfast times.
Concerns had to be made from an intercom at reception.
This hotel is not a safe environment and i will not stay again

Good point on the route to reach channel ferries and tunnel. There was amazing bird fair in the town center of Sunday, so highly recommend if you have children.
App booking system caused me some issue as being on the road I could not book a place for a dog in the proper manner.

Friendly personal, nice place, nice room and very comfortable bed😀 and a useful mini fridge 🙂interesting designs and photos everywhere :)
i could‘ve used the tv‘s own telecommander … but i still managed to use my chromecast so it was OK 😉

Good locarion, middle of the centre, close to the train station.
Very moderate room, extremely noisy.

There was no breakfast in the morning, but we booked the room that included breakfast. The shower/bathtub had a weird smell. The bathtub sink was clogged, and I saw water going up instead of washing away. The floor was dirty, everything was not that clean as it should be.

Staff very rude! Booked with option to extend checkout time. Without any notice, charged my card with 2 hours-extension extra, just almost 40 euros, even checking out on time. When asked why, staff got rude and said that I requested for it. Been in plenty of hotels around the world and this is so far the WORST in customer relations! Will definitely nit recommend

The breakfast was not good, cold scrambled eggs and bacon, breakfast staff not available, poor food and service, and I stay in lots of hotels every year due to my business

Very central, close to station. Quiet room, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Staff is extremely helpful and kind.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was neat and bedding was clean.
Bedding was clean but bed was minute. The hotel is run down and in dire need of an upgrade. Carpets in passage are smelly, stairwell smells of blocked drain. Dead plants empty planters. Bathroom was mouldy, water damage to the walls of shower in bedroom, shower head was a small hand held for washing hair. Toilet did not flush properly and the shower water backed up. Covid breakfast was a disaster. All this for €130/room. Sorry but here one will only stay once.
