meraviglioso hotel da tornarci per una vacanza più lunga....consigliatissimo

Tutto, dalla camera al parcheggio privato, la colazione , la location.....poi..abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino e della frutta in camera che ci ha fatto piacere....la cortesia e la professionalità del personale...tutto perfetto

Abbiamo soggiornato solo due notti....purtroppo-----meritava di più...ci torneremo

Ok for one night on a budget

Good for a one night stay, location is great hear the beach, pool was a good size, room was spacious with functional air conditioning, welcome fruit & wine basket.

Rooms could do with a facelift. Buffet breakfast was average.

Superb

We got nice and spacious room nr. 710 with a large terrace with pool view. We were pleased with the tasty and rich food at breakfast and also at dinner, kind and helpful staff (especially always smiling Nikoletta), large pool, cleanliness and great location. And I also thank Eleni from the reservation department for her friendliness, willingness and patience with my requests :)

A couple of small things were not quite ideal (the faucet/tap in the sink was noisy, the air conditioning could have been quieter, a lot of stairs when going from the room to the restaurant/outside or a need to use elevator more times, and the TV signal dropped out more often). But that was not that important. And you should unify information about the opening hours of the pool (on the board at the entrance to the pool it is 8:30 p.m. and on the board near the shower next to the pool it is 6:30 p.m.)

A nice holiday base

The hotel itself was nice, clean, well set out, the staff were really friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed it here, close to so many lovely restaurants, a shop, the beach and public transport. Thank you

The cocktails at the bar we're nasty and the only drinks I didn't finish on the whole holiday, that was 1 cocktail each for both me and my partner, we both left half. I didn't feel so good after so that was the first and last drink we got at the hotel. Breakfast- the baked beans were tepid at best everyday and most days cold. There was also broccoli and onion rings layed out for breakfast which was pretty odd. Other than that the breakfast was pretty good

Excellent stay

Our stay was great! The staff was wonderful, everybody was so helpful and friendly! Everything was very clean, the pool area was beautiful and there is a little playground for kids which was great! We booked half board (breakfast and dinner buffet), the food was delicious. On our last day we had to leave before breakfast time and the staff even prepared breakfast-boxes for us and for my baby. Thank you so much :) :)

The only downside was that the eggs used in the restaurant are from caged hens - it would be great if this one thing would be changed.

Our vacation was perfect from all the points.

The rooms were very clean, big with nice views. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, all of them respect you and salute you every time. They keep our luggage for some time until we could go to rooms. The pool was awesome, it should be highlighted more in the photos.

I can't find anything that wasn't right or that I didn't like.

Good location, situated in the Center of Agia Marina. Staff was very attentive, rooms were clean. Free private parking.

Breakfast had the same items every single day. Poor quality of ingredients. Pool had few sun beds available. Bad smell coming from the bathroom drain.

Everything was perfect, the staff was nice, kind, friendly. The food was enough and a selection of everything (cooked and fresh), morning and evening. I and my son really enjoyed staying at the hotel, clean and quiet,pool was nice and clean water,not crowded, very close to the beach. Thank you for everything. Hope to return soon again.

Great hotel as it has everything you need to enjoy holidays, but for excellence needs attention to the details.

topnotch is the location! admins are helpful and ready-to-help, rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable (like really comfortable), food is fresh and good

1. Hotel has the pool and the rules underline that the customers cannot leave their towels on the sunbeds as the reservation act. However people leave their sunbeds for a long time and leave the towels for “reservation” and the problem is that not all customers can enjoy the sunbeds even they are free at the moment. Hotel is aware of this problem, however it sees it through the fingers, sometimes they make solutions to solve the problem, sometimes dont. 2. The breakfast is good but monotonic. Hotel as the majority of the hotels use swedish table concept. However the food served is all the same through the days with minor changes. Its tasty and good, but for a long time stay, its a short of variety.

A beautiful hotel with a great pool for having a proper swim. Clean and tidy public areas.

The reception staff were very polite, welcoming and professional. The pool was superb and very clean. The breakfast was varied with a good selection.

The bar staff were not as professional as the reception staff in my opinion. As usual with holidays it's so annoying that people put their towels on a sunbed and expect to stay there the complete day.

Excellent service. Very modern, fashionable and comfortable accommodations. The personnel is extremely polite, always available for any kind of need or tip. We had both breakfast and dinner at the self service restaurant: everything was super tasty and a great variety of typical and international food was available. The central position is strategic for both the beach and the shops. A good alternative to the seaside is the hotel swimming pool with its lovely bar. We can’t wait to be back and highly recommend this place to anyone!
