El personal es muy, muy atento y amable, tanto en recepción como en el comedor, como en el bar... nos sorprendió mucho el buen ambiente en general que te transmiten y lo mas importante para nosostros, el trato que le dieron a nuestros dos perros los cuales fueron tratados como lo que son, dos miembros mas de la familia los cuales pudieron moverse libremente por el hotel, tomamos algo con ellos en la terraza de la piscina, comimos en el buffet acompañados por ellos... y sin cobrarnos un euro por su estancia. Todo un ejemplo para el resto de alojamientos en los que aún no entienden que para muchas familias nuestras mascotas no sólo son eso, sinó uno mas de la familia.

Poca variedad en el buffet, muy repetitivo pero siempre encontramos algo para comer o cenar. Para aparcar la zona es un poco complicada ya que esta en pleno centro de Lloret, lo cual por otro lado es bueno porque en un minuto estas en todas partes pero con el tema aparcamiento es complicado y hay que aparcar algo lejos si no quieres pagar.

Dès lors de notre arrivée, on a été super bien accueilli par l’accueil. Le personnel qui servait le petit déjeuner et qui rangeait notre chambre était d’une gentillesse agréable. Nous avons passé un super séjour, l’hôtel est H24 propre.

The hotel is nice, very well located, the pool is nice, the rooms where clean (if you don’t want everyday cleaning, you can just say it to cleaning ladies). People at the reception were friendly.

We don’t advise this hotel for normally behaving people or families. The hotel’s guests were very loud. We were not lucky and we had during our staying basketball team or camp there. It was something unbelievable. We didn’t sleep 5 days because they were so loud, running thru the hotel after midnight until early morning hours. My husband were couple times at the reception. It helped but not for long. We don’t have to talk about loud in dining room, pool etc. Very bad was that people are allowed to smoke in the pool area. So, if you have sunbed, whoever can smoke from the pool under your nose. The whirlpools were always occupied. Some people didn’t look after the children and they were jumping in it. After 5 days we had new neighbors in our floor. And it was the same. We can’t expect total quiet hotel at summer destination. But I would expect to have it little bit quiet after midnight. I think that this was our worst holiday experience ever.
