Really great find. Good value for money stay.

Friendliness at front of house was excellent. My room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast choice wasn’t the best, although I asked for soft poached eggs and they were perfect.

Ideally situated close to basically everything you need pubs restaurants ect. Would definitely recommend 🙌

Staff were immensely helpful with everything and will certainly stay again if around the area 💯

Nothing really everything that I needed as im not that kind of fussy person even thou I got my standards.

Underwhelming

It's difficult to comment as nothing was open in hotel and there was no atmosphere.

Parking is not as advertised. Enough space for 6 cars. The restaurant is not open and this was not communicated prior to booking.

It was value for money

The air con in the room went on all night One towel for two people Lamp by bed was broken Glass Doors and glass were broken Car park - not amble enough for rooms Don’t have scrambled egg It was ok on the whole.

Pleasant

Big rooms. Very clean. Nice bathroom with both bath and shower. Pleasant and friendly staff. Big tv and good Wi-Fi connection.

Noisy street. Lots of drunks. Limited parking. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was just about ok.

Excellent stay except car parking which was lil unexpected. Will recommend from my side.

Room size was quite good n with excellent facility inside including a safe as well. We had booked a family room n was quite spacious for 2 night stay with 2 kids. Bathroom had a small tub & shower so kids enjoyed their evening bath in it. Honestly wasn't expecting a tub & shower - both in a family room - so that truly was a treat. Breakfast was tasty English breakfast style & staff were quite courteous as well. On Spl request we were able to use microwave as well in the kitchen to heat some baby food as well.

Only down side is the car parking. Mentioned as Free Parking but has hardly space for 5 cars in there so I could get space for 2 nights whilst my stay there. There are a few off street parking available in throw away distance from the hotel but catch is - it's free oy between 6pm & 9am - Monday - Saturday We planned our day to leave the hotel around 10am after breakfast so didn't have any problem though.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff, grungy neighbourhood!

The staff were really cheerful and helpful. The room was large and well furnished. Nice en suite. Breakfast was OK.

Not a particularly nice area. We arrived late evening and there were no spaces in the car park, so we had to park in the street, which meant moving the car in the morning to avoid a ticket.

The property was advised as having car parking but there was only 3 spaces on the side of the building and they were all full. The property was advertised with restaurant facilities and once I booked it they informed me that the restaurant was only open at weekends. I have requested a full refund as this was mis-sold to me.

Not a great stay

Very nice room, clean & presentable

Hotel next door to a night club, blasting music and people shouting till 5am, customer service wasn't great and the breakfast was absolutely awful, sausages weren't even cooked.

Gem of a hotel and slept like a baby

This hotel is a Gem, really lovely rooms, spacious, very clean and tidy

Parking was a little awkward and had to wake up early to move my car

Don't expect good hospitality- bad experience.

The staff in general don't care. No intercom- so you need to go reception to order room service!! Air con keep making noises- in both my booked rooms- no complaint resolution. It wasn't working either- I found out later on- we had to ask for separate heaters for keeping us warm. No fridge Only shower gel and towel in bathroom. For a 4 star hotel !! Not happy at all- I didn't even bother to stay for my full booked nights, moved to another place to complete my holidays. Not going again ever. They only seem to be focused on their restaurant- staff ready for arguments if you complain !! Even the restaurant was closed for dinner one day during my stay- so we had to order a takeaway.!! No consideration for babies- they denied to warm milk for baby at 10pm !! Kitchen closed. !! 9am breakfast wrapped up. I don't know how long they are going to go on like this.

Location was ok, limited parking

Coffee Table and desk surfaces were covered in cup watermarks from previous guests, the water was luke warm, no plug in the bath, dark and tired decor.

excellent in every aspect except no proper room heating making it damned freezing!

location, 150m to hotel from rail station

it was bloody freezing, no proper heating in the room, a piddly little convection heater in place & I suspect the fuse had been taken out of the power supply to the heating control!.. sad really as it was a really nice room
