Definitely not value for money, worth paying a little more and staying in the centre of Caen.
Rooms are basic, in furniture and amenities, more like a dormitory.

good location, very clean and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. nice reception and really good breakfast presentation. on site parking. The staff were excellent and the spaniel was gorgeous.

I really liked that the parking had been reserved for us on our request and the reception guy was promptly coming to welcome us at our arrival. The reception guy was extremely helpful and kind.
There was no bin in the room, just the bin in the bathroom.

The location was very convenient and it included a parking, even if it wasn't very easy to access.
The bedroom and private bathroom were small and cramped. The beds were bad and they left us a dirty kettle with two chipped mugs next to it...
The staff was a bit unfriendly and watched our every move, which was uncomfortable.

Excellent host and the dog Flash! Private parking space. Well suited for our family situation where parents and kids can sleep in seperate rooms.
Narrow (and somewhat outdated) bathroom. Missed a proper pillow.
