Pillows to big and hard, extra bed not so comfortable

Nice place with great food and friendly staff.

No air conditioning in rooms. Small fan was to weak to handle the heat and we were literally cooking in the room.

The breakfast was good. The room was pretty basic but OK.

Single room was a very nice size and the bathroom was very big. Bed was very comfy.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with parks where you can walk and relax greatly. The room was spacious and nicely equipped with 2 comfortable extra chairs and a side-table. The breakfast was extensive and with wide opening hours. If the weather is a bit nice, you can use the terras in the front of the hotel with great view on the area.

Maybe, instead of serving a can of standard coffee at breakfast, ask the visitors what they would like to have. Maybe it is a cappuccino or another way of coffee.

The exterior is nice and the location is handy, close to the Therme. Young Night & Bar staff is very friendly and provides great service.

Reception staff is overwhelmed with the preferences of a guest's healthy diet and seemingly never heard of plant based options or vegan diets. The venue is called "Kurhaus.." meaning they want to take care for your health. Nutrition should be a part of that. The room was tiny for the money paid.

Beautiful old “kurhaus” building. staff was friendly. We had a nice room overlooking the front terrace, big bathroom with a nice shower. Breakfast was good as well.

The mattresses were a bit hard. Curtains did not block enough light in the morning.
