Habitación amplia y muy cómoda con vistas espectaculares. Todo cuidado al máximo detalle.
Por proponer alguna mejora, si en la terraza de la habitación hubiera algo de mobiliario, se aprovecharía muchísimo más. Tienes unas vistas fenomenales pero solo puedes estar de pie y eso reduce el tiempo en ese espacio tan disfrutable.

The hotel is close to the train and bus station, quite close to most tourist spots and near all other amenities.
The staff were polite and helpful with all advice.
The rooms are well maintained, clean and pretty comfortable.
The room was a little smaller than realised it would be.

Staff at front desk and office staff gave excellent service! Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed, good breakfast and good location (next to a beautiful jewelry store 💕) Marshmallows were a nice touch for some sugar after along hike .

O servizo amable e o hotel impresionante. Conta cunhas vistas fantásticas e unha ubicación moi céntrica, estupenda para ir a calquera lado. Recomendo ao 100% reservar unha habitación con vistas ao mar porque merece verdadeiramente a pena.

La limpieza es de 10, y las habitaciones son modernas agradables, con un diseño moderno, funcional y limpio. El personal muy amable y profesional.
El ascensor es muy pequeño y las escaleras demasiado oscuras y enmoquetadas.

Queda cerca de todo. El personal muy amable y las instalaciones están muy bien. Me ha gustado.
Al estar muy céntrico el aparcamiento es imposible si no es haciéndolo en un parking, te gastas una buena pasta en ello.

Lovely bright room with great ambience. Good breakfast and nice staff. Location is excellent in terms of being central to everything. I asked for a room with a window facing the street and was accommodated gladly. Obviously there is some street noise as this is a busy city but way less than you’d expect. Complimentary products in the bathroom (including lotions and conditioner) were very welcome.
The internal lights in the bedrooms work in a sort of motion sensor which can be sort if annoying but of course you can just switch them off!

Personal muy amable y profesional. Nos dejaron hacer el check-in antes de la hora reglamentaria al estar ya limpia la habitación. Nos dieron, como solicitamos, una habitación silenciosa. Nuestra experiencia ha sido estupenda. Muchas gracias al personal del hotel. Todo fabuloso.
Quizás que no hay mucha intimidad en el baño (por cómo es la puerta), lo que puede ser incómodo para algunas personas. El resto, todo realmente fantástico.

El colchón duro, viejo, un muelle clavado toda la noche en mi espalda. El desayuno en festivo empieza a las 8, y yo viajaba antes. Me ofrecieron un picnic que no me dieron.

The staff were kind and the common area nice. The room was very clean and the shower was excellent. The front desk gave me excellent directions and a bottle of water for free.
The room had a small window which looked out into an internal shaft, no fresh air. The room temperature is controlled by the hotel. To reach the front desk I had to call long distance and tell them my room was too hot. The front desk controlled the air con and turned it on when I called. But in the night when cold, it was a hassle to call them again. I prefer to control my own room climate.

Ubicación inmejorable, en pleno centro y al lado de la estación intermodal de Urzaiz. El personal muy atento. Habitaciones cómodas, baño amplio. Desayuno buffet muy variado y con productos de calidad.
