Amazing Riad. It was better than we expected and the staff were really friendly and also helpful. On arrival, the lady checking us in gave us a map and showed us the popular tourist attractions as well as information on our surroundings. Great location, very close to the markets and there is also a spa next door to the riad which is perfect! The food at the restaurant was also great. We would 100% recommend.
Difficult if you bring lots of luggage as the roads are not great. However, there were people available to carry your bags at a fee.

the place is beautiful. and it has so many hidden seating areas. a great place to hide away from the hustle outside the door. the food is fairly priced. we liked that as many other hotels have US prices for tourists. the room was beautiful and the spa area and women working there super nice. I would come back and stay here. the location is perfect by the way.
well, the staff is loud in the morning. it is really difficult to sleep from 7:30/8:00 because you can hear everything. I didn’t like that we didn’t receive any upfront communication about the Hammam. The Hammam gets very quickly booked. and when we arrived they had no space any more for a full treatment. would have been great if they would have asked us if we would like to book a slot up front. The breakfast is just ok max. 5. This is our 4 riad/ Hotel in Morocco and it had the worst breakfast. The pancakes and bread didn’t taste fresh. I would have expected more. especially for the price. Also, the price per night is too expensive honestly. it should include a Hammam service. Generally we didn’t feel that we were taken care off. On a rainy day we weren’t offered any support with our bags. It’s a really beautiful place but it’s just not weird because you don’t get the same hospitality as in other spots in Marrakesh. nevertheless I would stay here again, especially during warmer months.

Everything! The ambiance, location, food, staff, cleanliness, everything was beyond perfect!
They do not have phones in room to call for help or room service.

Location is unbeatable - in the center of the Medina but at the same time outside the fuzz of the Souks. The property is very nice and has a great rooftop terrace where a good breakfast is served. Overall very convenient if you are visiting Marrakech for few days and want to be a walking distance to everything,
The building is old and the soundproof is below average. Even when the windows were closed, you could still hear every noice coming from the corridors and inner courtyard making your sleep a bit difficult and at times annoying especially when the Riad is full. Given that it was a Riad, there were no windows facing the open air and there was no fresh air circulation leading to unpleasant smells coming from the bathroom drain being stuck at the room. Given all the above, we found it overpriced for the experience we got.

Beautiful Riad with eclectic design located in the centre of the Medina in Marrakech. Nice layout and decoration. Also a hammam next door which belongs to the same Riad.
A long walk via a pedestrian only route (from Bab Laksour) to the accommodation, about 450 metres, only accessible by foot. A footman can be hired through the reception. Dimly lit narrow lanes to negotiate at night. I felt that the room we received which overlooks the small pool was overpriced for size and quality and was noisy with other guests and staff passing by late at night or very early in the morning and woke us up several times during our stay.. Breakfast was good in general but could improve the quality of the coffee and cheese which is processed. A more varied evening menu would also be a plus.

Nothing
Place inaccessible, one has to walk at least a mile to get to a taxi, staff not helpful. I think this place needs to be more descriptive for better decision making in selection. The place had drilling noise all day of check-in and no excuse from staff, staff at the most rude.

Prime location, quiet, a refuge from the pressing impact of Marrakech
The price.

the layout and interior design, the small pool and the roof garden restaurant. Breakfast was also very good.
we were also given a nicer room as it was our wedding anniversary.
While staff was generally nice the manager looked a bit under stress. a more smiling rather than just helpful attitude would be welcome.
The wine list is dated and not everything is available to order. We had a Cava bottle that was well past its prime. The menu could also be improved with a few creative dishes.

Nice hotel with perfect proximity to popular market in Marrakech. Great spa as well, not included in stay.
Bad instructions on how to get there. Gmaps not correct, and street boys roaming the streets ready to take unsolicited guide service fee. Bathroom could be cleaner.. The drain was clogged in the shower.

Beautiful space and warm, helpful staff, loved our stay, and the spa service was excellent. A respite from the hustle and bustle outside.
One of the two showers didn't give warm water, but that's all.

everything. location design, welcome.

I like the location , hotel layout friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast was basic and was ok when it was buffet service. On days when it was not buffet service , it was differcult for the staff to understand what you wanted and items unwanted arrived or restricted as you could not get a further cup of tea or they lacked understanding what was required. They should stick to buffet service.

it is simply stunning! lovely rooms, very attentive staff and a wonderful rooftop bar!

Beautiful Riad with wisely curated ambiance. very friendly and quick responding staff.
Breakfast could be more diverse with more whole-wheat products and fresh fuits; coffee could be more „the real stuff“/stronger.

The Riad is simply amazing - beautiful design and the staff is super helpful and kind! All amenities are excellent and the location is super - close to the main square in Medina.

There is really no place like this hotel. The location is priceless, tucked deep into the Medina, making it surprisingly very quiet yet steps away from the busiest streets. I strongly suggest booking the transfer from the airport, as finding this place on the first try by ourselves was a challenge.
The owners could have only banked on this million dollar worth location but nope. The whole place is decorated with impeccable taste, respecting the local vibe while not falling into the trap of making this place look fake or outdated. It really feels like what living in a modern riad, respectful of its history yet plainly in the 21st century must be like. I still wonder if the owner of the hotel (whom we did not meet) doesn't actually live in the premise and simply welcomes us into his home.
The rooms are sparkling clean, confortable, and have all the modern amenities one can hope for. With multiple patios, hidden lounging spaces, and even multiple rooftops, it is even fun to just walk around the premise... especially as the staff encourages you to just hangout wherever you feel like hanging out.
The staff in itself deserves applauses (Lisa !!!). They are by far the friendliest and most helpful one we met in Marrakech, which is quite a challenge, considering how hospitable everyone in Morocco is to begin with.
Finally, if you think it couldn't get better, this hotel literally has a connecting spa, with traditional hammam, massaging rooms and a small heated pool. This is a must do as soon as you arrive, especially as the prices are insane compared to the quality of the service
We left promising everyone we would leave a good review, but really it pains us to do so as well... as we will definitely book this place again on our next stay in Marrakech, and selfishly hope not too many people would know about it by then.
The breakfast, and especially the coffee ! We are so sorry, but as coffee lovers, this was the one disappointing point for us, especially since everything else is so absolutely perfect. The pastries (especially the traditional ones) were delicious but we also wish there was a little bit more options, or some changes/varieties from one day to another.
