Great room, super clean. Recently remodeled. Rented a bigger room, 2nd floor. Had a Koi pond! Beautiful parks nearby. Many restaurants

It is near Jiantan MRT station
The property was not clean. There were bugs on the mattress and I was bitten badly on my arms and back on the 2nd day. Highlighted my concern to the staff and requested to change room, but the staff who attended to me was rude and said she cannot guarantee that there will be another room for me and did not even bother to look at me when she reply neither sympathize with my situation. When I requested for extra towels on one of the days when I returned to the hotel at around 4pm and realized my room was not made up. The guy chamber maid, plainly just opened my hotel room door without pressing the bell or knocked at the door. I did not locked the room as I was expecting the delivery of clean towels and I am very sure I did not activate the do not disturb sign as I was expecting for the delivery!!! This was totally unacceptable!!

The pillows are too soft, also only 2 pillows provided for 3 pax.

It's a great place, close to the MRT station, the Shilin Night Market. There are a few great local restaurants down the street, 2 convenience stores just a few steps away. Quiet, clean and comfortable.

Good hotel - clean - quiet and very conveniently located .Close to metro, 24 hour stores and good cafes - where you can have a tasty and cheap breakfast
The only reservation I have about the hotel is the awful choice of TV channels .20 TV channels with stupefying communist propaganda is a bit too much .Or maybe it would be enough to replace it with 5 English language channels .

staff upgrade my room without even asking. location is not far from Shilin night market. right apposite the hotel has family mart, very convenient
after upgrade the room is bigger but the bed revert back to queen bed instead of super big bed. is a bit hard for 3 or us to sleep on the queen bed

The staff was good
The bed was clean and soft
The soundproof of the room was bad. I could still hear people walking and watching TV outside and in another room.

Unfortunately there was no breakfast due to Covid but in the past it has been great.

The staff wasn’t very friendly. They seemed to be a little clueless (Reception).
Room could’ve been a lot more cleaner.
Non Smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes was intense.
Building is dated needs to be renovated.
I stayed in the 10th floor didn’t look much like a business room, nice view of the city.

The slippers provided are of poor quality,
Materials are thin & can easily slip on it
Its quite a walk to Shilin night market especially when raining
