Location.
I booked a double standard bedroom instead I got low budget room with two single beds that were not even on the same level. The mirror in the bathroom is super old and the furniture was damaged.

Central location between the old town and the main shopping district. Easy walking distance to the port, museums, restaurants and bars.
Very noisy, outside and in! Beware if you’re a light sleeper, avoid! Noise for the cafe below, construction and guests. We found someone’s underwear behind the radiator. The Basics!

The staff, specifically Rafa, was amazing and so helpful! I had a bit of a difficult situation when I arrived but he helped me navigate everything. He went above and beyond the call of duty and I really appreciated his help.
I stayed on a Saturday night and the location is a bit noisy but it wasn't a huge problem.

very close to everything. staff were very helpful. had a lovely sitting area where you could make tea and coffee
was a bit noisy at night as it was right in the square and the restaurants when packing up and setting up would drag the chairs around. it didn’t stop us from sleeping though as we were walking the Camino and were very tired.

Very nice staff. Beautiful room with view of two squares as well as the harbor. Location in the pedestrian-only center of the old city- perfect for exploring. We could walk to the port, to the castle, to museums, to cafes. Great value.

Great location and polite staff
Crazy high price for what it offers. Impossible to sleep in the morning as room maids do not care and make huge noise from the early morning.

The location on the main square. Right where the Camino is passing through town. Staff at the reception was friendly, the view from the room on the main square was great. Lot of nice tapas places / restaurants in the proximity.
