Large, quiet room, with a good bath. Great location a couple of minutes from the station, close to the river and a very short walk from Niederdorf old town. Checkout not til 12, with a friendly and relaxed breakfast. Convenient for remote working as they were very accommodating and let me use the lovely breakfast room for the afternoon.

We really liked the location of this hotel. It was great to hop off the train and arrive at the hotel. We were early for check-in, but the receptionist helped us stow our bags so we could explore Zurich. It was new for us to have the check-in completely on-line at a kiosk and have to print your own room keys, but we navigated it fairly easily. We also liked how close it was to the scenic part of Zurich and we were able to walk to the area very easily. We also explored some cuter neighborhoods that were closer to the hotel for dinner as well. The breakfast was also delicious, with lots of different hot options like bacon, eggs, and sausage.

The walls were a little thin. We could hear people talking/coughing in the rooms and hallway throughout the night.

The hotel locates near Zurich main station. Walking with luggage from the Zurich main train station to the hotel is very convenient. Breakfast is very good. Check-in and check-out processes are very effective.

The luggage storage room is not large enough and people can access to the room too easily.

If you would like to have a good sleep, walk safely without tripping and a functional shower, then you can forget about staying at this property. 1) Floors are cracked and boards falling out. Tripping and safety hazard next to bed. 2) Rook smells of urine. And bed of bad odour. 3) Can hear next door Tv loud and clear next to your bed. 4) Hotel Management refused to refund me as soon as I checked into such unliveable condition. They promised a defect less room for my second night, 5) 2nd room - shower wasn’t functional and need hotel staff to come up to make it working!!!! I couldn’t shower the 2nd night!! This hotel is falling apart… endless bad experience unfortunately.

Proximity to the train station was very good as was proximity to Zurich Old Town. Breakfast was also very good. The room was small but expected and the bed was comfortable.

Front desk help upon arrival was not very welcoming or helpful, bordering on dismissive. The internet connection and reliability was well below expectations.
