fronte mare fa sempre piacere

personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. il ragazzo che serviva durante la colazione è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. la posizione è buona, fronte mare con possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente di fronte all'hotel ma non nelle ore di punta. camera dimensioni giuste e abbastanza pulita. Fronte mare con balcone è tanta cosa.

Fijn klein hotel met zeer goede klantenservice.

We hebben hier 5 nachten geslapen tijdens ons bezoek aan Rome. Wat een ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en enorm goede klanten service heeft dit hotel. De kamer zag er verzorgd uit met een fijne badkamer en was enorm schoon. Elke dag werd de kamer netjes schoongemaakt en van weer frisse schone handdoeken voorzien. Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd en het personeel heel behulpzaam. De shuttle service was ook goed geregeld. Verder mochten we paraplu’s lenen wanneer het nodig was en een probleem met de koelkast en airco werd onmiddellijk opgelost. Verbinding naar Rome is goed. Wij vonden het leuk de combinatie te hebben met strand. Dit maakt de reis naar Rome iets langer. Met ongeveer 45 min sta je voor het Colosseum. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad!

De weg waaraan het hotel ligt is best druk. Vooral ‘s avonds is het druk met verkeer voor de Mc Donalds beneden. Daar kun je last van hebben. Maar met de ramen dicht en airco aan is het heerlijk slapen en heb je er nauwelijks last van.

Végtelenül kedves, profi személyzet. Az erkélyes szoba és a fürdőszoba a célnak megfelelő méretű. Naponta takarítottak és tiszta törülközőket, valamint piperecikkeket kaptunk. A reggeli bőséges. Felvágott, sajt, tojás, gabonapehely, joghurt, gyümölcs is található a kínálatban a megszokott olasz édes mellett. Kávét, cappuccinót kérésre készít a kedves kis hölgy és a fiatalember a reggeliző helyiségben. Rengeteg fantasztikus étterem van a közelben. A Lido Centrale 12 perces kényelmes sétával elérhető, ahonnan HÉV-vel kb. 30 perc Róma Pyramide metrómegállója. Imádtuk ezt a hotelt!

Great location and hotel staff! Good price/value in Ostia.

By far the best staff in the hotel according to my experiences (very kind and helpful guys). Simple but good quality breakfast. Top location: you step out of the door and there is the beach in front of you, in Ostia I can not imagine better (everything is in 5 min walk).

Our room was very small. Very noisy in the night.

We had the room #102 - the room was clean and nice. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The breakfest was perfect, tasty and the lady was very kind and helpful.

big thanks to all the staff, receptionists who were extremely patient and provided outstanding help and guidance for my mom who speaks for English neither Italian special appreciation to Luci, who went above and beyond assisting and treated her guests from her heart. if we had a chance we would definitely come to stay again

Near the airport

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. We stayed 2 nights since we wanted to see the area. The hotel is very basic, no frills, and the room was small - but that is to be expected for the price. It’s located across the street from the beach and right above McDonald’s. We were there in December so the area wasn’t busy but I could see how this might be an issue during the tourist season. The breakfast was very good and the young woman who worked in the breakfast room was very nice, friendly and helpful. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was helpful. They emailed detailed instructions on how to get there from Rome and also arranged for a shuttle to the airport (which was an additional fee). The hotel was a really good value.

The bedspread needs updating and the bathroom is extremely small. It is a little weird that they hand out the remote controls wrapped in plastic at check in.

Close to airport, but still taxi cost $30…

Fairly close to bus stops.. ocean view. room was clean and comfortable. I couldn’t ask for better staff, very helpful!

Okay for an overnight stop.

Room was clean, with a good view of the beachfront. Staff were friendly.

Asked for two rooms close together and received a response saying our request would be met but when we arrived we were put on different floors and told that the response we received was "just a standard response that didn't promise anything." Really bad wi-fi - basically unuseable.

Very friendly staff and great location, only issue was air conditioning.

The location and the staff were great. we also loved the balcony and the view of the sea. it was nice to sit on the balcony after a long-haul flight.

The air conditioner was way too loud and unusable. Since it was warm out, it made for a relatively uncomfortable night. We left the balcony door open, but then mosquitoes joined us for our stay and we got pretty bit up.

Great location close to shopping restaurants and a great seaside view.. The staff was very helpful and cordial. Room was exceptionally clean.

Great stuff. Reception and the breakfast personnel, all were great. Location close to the airport and the beach. We stayed there waiting for the layover flight. Nice morning run through the boardwalk by the sea is possible.

Room is small, one must be prepare for it. I did not found out until leaving that the window shades outside can be opened inside with a button, which would make the small room a bit more spacious to be inside.
