Buen hotel aunque costoso y no ofrece opciones variadas de desayuno siempre es el mismo está lejos de todo

Before the arrival at the Aura hotel, they informed us the rooms were overbooked. They have asked us to switch rooms and would give us a free dinner in return. We accpeted but unfortunately they charged us the dinner anyway and are not willing to refund this. I even gave them my colombian banc account so they do not have to make an international transfer. Also the taxi service is way more expensive than a taxi you can get from Cartagena. Make sure the price you discuss is on wrting on email/whatsapp because the price they charged us was higher then they informed by telephone.

It’s a very relaxing atmosphere, with 2 private beaches, very clean, plenty of sun-beds and free of crowds and vendors. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, comfy beds, modern A/C keeping the perfect temperature and completely silent. Nice shower room and amenities. The restaurant was incredible, huge menu with traditional Colombian dishes, and the service all around the hotel was flawless. The hosts, waiters, housekeepers, everybody was very kind and welcoming

It is extremely expensive for Colombian standards. It’s basically european prices! One national beer = €4, main courses = €45… it’s true the food is good, but I found it way over priced, and since there is nothing else around, you’re forced to eat there. Perhaps a trivial detail but there is no TV in the rooms. As there is nowhere around to go or to do at night, and there were too many mosquitoes, sometimes we just wanted to go to the room. And the sea bottom has lots of seaweeds, it was not nice to walk over it.

Das Zimmer hatte leider einen großen Nachteil: Jeden Tag um ca 4 a.m. krabbelte irgendein Tier (ich vermute es war der Leguan, den ich zuvor am Baum gesehen habe) sehr schnell auf dem Dach. Das weckte mich nicht nur jeden Tag auf., sondern hatte auch zur Folge, dass danach ein paar kleine Salamander auf der Decke waren (wahrscheinlich geflüchtet vor dem Leguan). Desweiteren sind die Polster dort sehr unbequem, weil sie einerseits aus einem synthetischen Material gefüllt sind, sodass man stark schwitzt und zum anderen lassen sie sich nicht zurecht formen und bleiben recht hoch. Das Wasser aus dem Waschbecken fließt nicht in einem Strahl heraus, sondern plätschert irgendwie aus der Seite. Und beim Duschen, weiß man nicht welcher Hahn für kalt/warm ist (funktioniert nach dem Zufallsprinzip). Der Preis für das Taxi zurück nach CTG betrug 250.000 Pesos

El lugar es precioso, se puede llegar en carro y tiene la playa ahi mismo con kayaks para salir a hacer paseos. Muy linda la decoración del hotel

La única opción de comida es la del hotel, q si bien era deliciosa tb a veces puede faltar variedad y mas rango de precios

Un sitio precioso, un buen tamaño de hotel y por un precio razonable estás en un lugar paradisiaco.

Al tener Justo en frente el Cholón, que es como la gran discoteca de la zona donde llegan muchos barcos, se oye música alta en todo momento.. si buscas silencio, no elegiría este hotel
