Didn't like the food in the where I stay and the severe was poor.

Property was very much as advertised in the pictures. Apartment was spacious with a good sized balcony with a both a view of the pool and sea. The room was clean with towels changed each day and bins emptied. All of the reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

From the main strip, the hotel is up about 175 steps, which is a bit of an effort! There are longer ways to walk up to the hotel via the road though and a taxi is pretty cheap. The price of the hotel does reflect this though so definitely a balance of convenience vs price.

There was some morning noise from 9am, due to construction across the road. Unavoidable for the hotel I understand. Grand if you are an early riser but if you want to sleep past 9, it's not idea.

Overall it was okay. Good location. Near Platja de Santa Ponça. But you have to be prepared for a long stair walk if not going by car. Apartment was big enough for 4 people.

There were few buts - the toilet seat was missing some bolts so it was shaking. There was a bath, but it could only be used as a shower. In kitchen there wasn't a coffee machine, pan was very bad, very hard to cook food in it. Also, they give only one room key, so if you travel with a group, there has to be a lot of management if you are not going everything together.

Good value for money, looks like at pictures, includes all necessities.

There was construction in other side of road, sometimes very noisy.

some of the staff were so rude, one man let himself into our room without knocking! not appropriate. it is a very big hike up then steps would kill a horse.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had fantastic views. The balcony was huge, we had the sun all day. Pool area was great, and the snack bar did some lovely food. The apartments are only around 5-10 mins walk down to restaurants, bars, etc. We didn’t fancy the stairs on the way home so grabbed a taxi for €5.

The apartments are clean and spacious quite dated but great for a couple to relax in and enjoy the pool area all staff extremely helpful and friendly

too many stairs in the complex and to get to the town not suitable for elderly or baby buggy maid service was just ok not brilliant
