The location and the staff

Very good location, near the beach. Good breakfast, with few options to choose from. Room was clean, towels and hairdeyer provided.
Near train railway, so there was some noise. No shower curtain, and because of wet floor it is dangerous to walk out of bathroom, you need to be careful. Also furniture quite old, closet doors were bit broken. Air conditioner was also broken and not working. At night impossible to open window because of mosquitos coming in. More service, like bike rent, would be great improvement.

The location was in the the centre and very close to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was fairly good.
It's the first time that i encounter that i have to pay extra just to turn on the air-conditioning to my room, it's bad enough that i have to pay extra for parking.
The person at the front desk was rude and disorganized and did not automatically give me the receipts for all the payment I gave..

The breakfast was good and even the location of you arrived with train , but is very noisy in the night

Staff was extremely unfriendly, host told us he wants us to pay in cash so he could safe on tax. The host kicked us out after expressing our discontent. He increased his price by over 200% one night later and then went down in price multiple times like at a bazar

We met 2 guys working there: first one was horrible, he showed no respect and wasn‘t helpful at all. Second one was quite nice.
No parking spaces were available and they didn‘t give us a tipp were to park the car.
It was hot and sooooo loud - we couldn‘t sleep.
First room we got was horrible and not the one we chose pn booking and then it was really hard to change. You have to speek italian!
