Clean, but there were no towels in the room, and there is no elevator. I am fine with the no elevator, but I wanted to mention it in case it matters for someone else.
Towels in the room would have been nice.

It was a good place for the money of your not traveling with pets. Lobby was very clean and nice
Our room was dirty with hair on the floor. We didn't get the breakfast that you get when booking straight with the hotel . There was no luggage cart or person to help you with your luggage. The fees for pets is very high

Beautiful lobby, nice room and good king sized bed. Staff great. Dog friendly. Quiet even tho directly off the main highway.

I got one with the fire alarm sounding every minute, I notified the staff and they changed the room right away.

Close Main road close to villa Reyes
No heating AC not working, low temperature in the room. Window not sealed at all so it was very noisy at night, television not working, shower 🚿 not possible, 10 min only cold water and low= no pressure, just few water drops. Could get shampoo from head. No english speaking staff at front desk.
