It served a purpose but not a place I would go with my partner for a romantic weekend.

Friendly staff. Very , clean and warm. Plenty of parking

Basic facilities and a little run down - in need of a refurbishment. Not impressed with bath in room, Had not been told there was a live music event on the sat evening.

The Lugger Inn is a lovely pub/hotel. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. There was a live band on Friday evening (which started after we'd finished supper and stopped just as we were going to bed. It was fun and convivial and there is also a quiet room - so we were able to enjoy a bop on the dancefloor and a chat on the sofa in the room next door and it was quiet when we went to bed. Supper was very good - the food is excellent - and the service was very good - warm, friendly and attentive.

There was a very minor issue in our bathroom, and the manager sorted it out efficiently and quickly.

breakfast was not an option not a lot of choice for dinner as they had sold out of most things due to being overly busy on friday limited choice on saturday would liked to have been informed that a group would be playing live music until after eleven pm

Great atmosphere and beautiful accommodation. Had a lovely stay, would highly recommend.

Second time visiting. The staff are so friendly and the accommodation is clean and lovely. The food was really good and they had an 80s event which was alot of fun.

Would love if they provided breakfast.

Superb

Food was great. Stew & Dumplings on a cold January afternoon. What could be better? Spar bath in our room. That was fun.

Needs a new mattress.

Good food and comfortable accommodation.

The rooms were comfortable and the jacuzzi bath amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the food was excellent.

Unfortunately the pub is on the edge of a housing estate but it is quiet once inside.

Fantastic stay, fantastic food, fantastic staff, fantastic location!

Fantastic location, friendly and efficient staff. Great location and fantastic pub. Location if perfect for exploring.

Would of preferred breakfast, the evening meal was amazing, and I’m sure breakfast would be too, if available. I’d of paid extra for breakfast…. It’s not a dislike just a small comment. This place is value for money. Pet friendly rooms would bring more people!

Very disappointing and spoilt our stay

Food in the restaurant was good and service also good.

The room was in need of an update, as showing sign of age and a bit old fashioned, There was only one chair to sit on, the toilet seat was loose, and shower door did not fit properly. The TV was unreliable, with poor signal on ITV, On two of the nights there was live music, which was extremely loud, and caused vibration within the room. Late night noise from customers after the music was also bad. We feel that all these things spoilt our holiday.
