Great location, very spacious apartment with complete kitchen and dining area, very suitable for a family or group. Staff is very friendly and accommodating

They are disrespectful at all. I have a booking in this hotel and I traveled with my family about 800km. When I reached the hotel, they told me the hotel is fully booked. they did not cancel my reservation or contact me before that. When I arrived, my reservation is still confirmed. I had a hard time finding a hotel.

The hotel is a bit outdated. The shower was TINY, I'm a slim person yet I could barely fit in, not to mention the shower curtain doesn't really prevent water from spilling out to the bathroom floor making such a mess every time I take a shower...other than that all was alright.
