Too much Light in the room during the night, I slept very bad (light coming from AC panel control)

A bit in the middle of nowhere, nothing around by walking.

Staff is very welcoming, Clean and good room service. Free parking available. Waitresses make good cappuccino for breakfast.
I stayed one week and had same breakfast and everyday. I hope they add some more prepared breakfast.

The poor breakfast and the menu from restaurant is looking like the smallest city when they have a poor chef without experience.

The price wasn't bad and the rooms were clean.
The staff was unpleasant and not friendly for the most part. The breakfast was not good, at all.

the staff at the reception!!!not friendly at all!!!we didn't t speak Italian and they didn't t speak English so terrible communication and they didn't even try to help!!!we won't come back!

This a 4 star hotel,right? Let's start with the room: all over the world you get a slippery, a robe, a mini ar with full goodies, duvet toaletries etc.
Breakfast very poor without fresh vegetables
Languages : On the reception desk nobody (except One) speak English. Same problem in the restaurant.
