Close by (within walking) is the art and entertainment centre, aquatic centre, cinemas and of course shopping. Frankston is also very central to other areas of interest and easy day trips. Over summer you will find the wonderful sand sculpture display on the foreshore, a carnival and you'll have a spectacular view of NY eve and Australia Day fireworks from either the kitchen window or the high vantage point just out front at the little park overlooking the sea. If you do want to take that car out of the garage, head down the peninsula to 1 of 70 wineries, craft markets, surf beaches and/or cable car ride in Dromana within a 30 minute drive.

We visited to go to a sporting tournament for our son. Although our stay was postponed many times due to Covid, Debra was always understanding and made it easy to adjust dates. The property was spotlessly clean and all required amenities plus more were provided. There was plenty of space for our wheelchair bound daughter. We hope to be able to visit again soon. Couldn't have been happier.

Couldn’t fault the accomodation. Deb helped us with our situation on checkin times and was very accommodating. Very clean and modern style property close to shops and beach. Only fault was our holiday wasn’t long enough. Will book again for sure in the future.

We loved this flat. We stayed for 10 weeks and didn't want to leave. It is so close to Frankston and the view of the ocean was very nice from the kitchen window. This is a very relaxing place.

Could not fault anything about your property Debra.Exceptionally renovated with all top end appliances and utilities.Loved the soft bamboo/cotton sheets(will have to get some for home).Sometimes it is the small things that make all the difference,good sized coffee cups,great water pressure in shower,parking literally at back door even found a book to read of interest in your selection should have stayed longer so I could have finished it(next time).Also very central location walked to dinner both nights(different venues): Overall a very pleasant couple of days would love to stay again on our next visit to Frankston Thankyou regards Allison

What a fantastic house and location!! The boys and us had the best holiday in Frankston thanks mostly to having this wonderful unit to come back to every day. Everything in the owners description is spot on. It’s light and bright, clean and spacious, inviting and importantly quiet and secure. Filled with high end modern appliances and beautiful fixtures and fittings, it was an absolute delight staying here. The lock up private garage is definitely a bonus giving you that little extra piece of mind. Plenty to do here also. Loads of places to eat, visit and entertain you, literally minutes away. I highly recommend staying here. Thanks Deb for everything. You have created a wonderful holiday destination.
