Memorable

From the outset, we found Cati and her partner extremely warm and welcoming. She was very helpful supplying maps of the island and recommendations for sightseeing. Anything we asked for, she facilitated including an additional mattress cover for the bed. The accommodation and surrounding area were spotless, including the pool. We were supplied with additional towels for the beach, including an umbrella to shade from the sun. Best of all coffee free of charge every morning 😅 As our departure was late at night, and our check out 11am. Cati accommodated us with a private room for our luggage, a refrigerator for our food , and a place to shower and change. The accommodation is in a residential area, so it is very peaceful. 1 min walk, and we had access to bike hire. 5 minutes away were an aray of restaurants overlooking the sea. Some beautiful beaches a few km away. Pay parking is available at the beach at €6 for the day. We would highly recommend Villa Primera and Cala Figuera if you are looking for a relaxed and comfortable holiday. We felt very cared for. We would highly recommend Villa Primera. Thank you for making our holiday a memorable one.

peaceful & lovely, with great staff!

Cati was absolutely lovely before & during our stay - very helpful, accomodating and responsive. We couldn’t be happier with how she looked after us! The location was great - a quiet, quaint, peaceful spot to relax with some good restaurants very close by. supermarkets also very close by. laundromat not far, in the next town. The car parking at the villa was great! There is a private car park as well as plenty of street parking. The apartment was lovely, with everything we needed for a few days stay. We would love to go back and stay here again.It

- the internet wasn’t the best - but our own data was quite poor as well so I assume it’s the area/island in general. - the shower unfortunately wet a lot of the bathroom so it felt always damp but not a big deal! - the cupboards in the kitchen smell a bit old which can be annoying if you have a sensitive nose like myself - but still, not a big deal. - remember to not drink the water in this area! there is a sign in the kitchen but we didn’t see it in time as it was quite small and the water was foul (not safe for drinking)

Friendly staff, well located, great apartments.

The property was really well located for Cala Figuera (east walking distance to the port and the restaurants in town) and for exploring the beaches on the south and east. The communication with the staff for check in and out was excellent and they were really helpful with recommendations and luggage storage. The morning coffee was a lovely touch. The area is peaceful and the apartments are clean and well maintained.

Wonderful

We loved everything, from the studio, to the people who work there (wonderful Jose and Catalina). They were super kind and helpful. Studio was spacious, clean, bed super comfy. There is a free private parking on the premises. It is just a couple minutes drive to Santanyí, where you can go for lunch, shopping etc. And all the best calas are just a 15 min drive away.

Very charming apartment

Catalina was very helpful and sorted 2 extra nights for us she was excellent. Loved the quiet location with the pool. Rooms where decent, good size and clean. Free morning coffee was lovely.

We did get bitten quite a lot in the apartment no local spray's worked. Unsure actually what was biting us. Kitchen could do with some better appliances.

Amazing!

Lovely apartment with good amenities. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, happy to point out places of interest and restaurants. Pool area was very peaceful. Coffee provided each morning with a smile!

Would recommend renting a car/ scooter to explore local area, so many beautiful towns and beaches nearby

Villa Primera stay

The swimming pool was great! We received an umbrella for the beach and we were free to park the car in a very secure place inside the Villa's garden. Catalina and the rest of the staff are great, kind and available for all the requests.

There were insects in the flat, expecially in the night. The bathroom was a little old and a bit uncomfortable for the shower

An excellent hotel in Cala Figuera

The hotel is quite good! Catalina and Jose are so kind and helpful! I spent 2 nights there and it was a really good experience! The room was clean, the pool was so good, the apartment is big and comfortable! for sure I will come back to Cala Figueras and I'll stay in the same hotel!

We got a free upgrade to a premium suite with a nice balcony. The manager was easy to reach over whatsapp. Check in and out was simple and instructions were clear.

Great place. great location. fantastic staff.

Amazing place with a fantastic team. They went out of their way to help.

Room was a little bit dated but very clean lots of towels and everything you needed in the kitchen. We were A standard room. There are alternative rooms which looked lovely. Coffee was fantastic in the morning. Nice touch. Will most definitely return.

Great place to stay in Cala Figuera

it was a great place and near to the port with the restaurants.

An ice tray would have been nice to have and a couple of rugs on the floors as they are cold - but other than that it was really good.

Exceptional

The apartment was spacious, clean and lovely having two balconies with sunbathing area. The pool are was newly refurbished and was really attractive. Just a few minutes stroll from the gorgeous port which has a good range of restaurants. Will definitely be making a return visit.

The apartments were great and staff so helpful - couldn't be better.

Clean and basic apartment with good location

We had a friendly reception and felt welcome. The whole accommodation was very clean. Parking spots are directly nearby with easy access.

The complex (we were in the older part) is a bit outdated. The flats are basic, which is ok, but the bathrooms should be slowly renovated (or at least the taps changed). In general it should be very calm but through the thin walls we heard every piece of furniture moving and almost understood our neighbours' sentences.

Perfect!

The apartments are well located, not too far from the center of Cala Figuera. It’s a quiet area. Apartment was clean and equipped with all necessary equipment. The host is very welcoming, friendly and willing to help. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice!

Very nice people, got lots of information about the area. Everything was very clean. The location is great, but you need a car if you want to go to other villages. The town is quiet at daytime and awakens in the evening. The harbour is very beautiful and there are also a few restaurants and bars. There are hiking trails to the lighthouse,cala Santanyi or parc natural de mondrago this is not a short walk but very beautiful. We had a grat time :)

The walls are quite thin so you could hear the toilet beeing flushed or doors beeing closed

Great accommodation to spend as a couple or with friends.

Very attentive and organized from the beginning. The communication was effective and they were very accessible. Receptive and friendly. The accommodation is very clean and pleasant. I will definitely be back.
