the resort looks amazing online and when when you initially arrive , very promising looking . it has great potential to level up to amazing. the inside of the bungalows are very dated and jaded. I liked the look of the bungalows from the outside. the market across the road was a life saver. The staff were as helpful as they could be when they were around.

The inside of the bungalows as mentioned , also was very cold at night, bed was hard , extra bedding available from the wardrobe was very old, clothes hung up felt damp every evening, our bungalow had no hot water and when I went to ring for help the phone didn’t work either. The solution was I was given the keys to another bungalow to shower in !! There was zero information available in the reception area for local transport links timetables of local bus ,tourist tours ect and no one around after 7 to help should you need any , we were a week off high season and the place was quite but noisy with building /clean up works. cost a fortune in taxis to get anywhere , swimming pool was out of action too .

I really enjoyed having direct access to the sea, as well as the space of the room. There's a bus right in ront that takes you to Mondello beach or Palermo, which is also good

The breakfast selection could have been more ample. the timings to access both the sea and the swimming pool were fairly limited and the on site kitchen closed at 7pm, so not great for dinner

Noisy room in the morning (something from outside)

we liked the Staying here. the pool was very cool, also the private beach. the stuff was vedy nice, also the breakfast. you can also buy some light food for the lunch.

it is quite far from mondello town. we always had to take taxi or bus. also very fast from Palermo AirPort. the taxi there costs 40€. also there is just one restaurant close to this place.

The structure is beautiful and very well maintained. Staff is lovely and very accomodating. Loved the bungalow stay and amazing view from the roof top!

The bungalow could do with a bathroom and kitchen update.

Loved the pool, access to the sea and on site bar. Especially enjoyed the extra food they offer at the weekend for lunch. The views are amazing and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Just lacking a restaurant in the evening but there are a couple nearby and the bus into Mondello is easy enough so we found plenty of food options.

the staff were really friendly. very accommodating, we tried to speak Italian where possible, but given our language skills are not amazing they happily helped us. the room was clean and there was a wide spread (European) for the breakfast. Ice cream and food was amazing too. great for families given the facilities such as pool and private beach.

I check in 2 afternoon they tell me check in after one hour wait and we will let you know, 1 hour half but no one come. I go to the reception ask if my room is ready and smile to me say yes yes. This mean if I not go to ask they wil let me wait more after we tired of long drive.

It has direct entrance to the sea, which is great. But it is rocks, not sand. You have the deck chairs very close to it, which is awesome. The pool looks good but we did not use it since you need swim hats and we did not have. They sell them for 3 euros. There is a restaurant / bar with great variety of food at good prices. The staff were super helpful and nice!

The mini apartment we had was good but not great. The shower could have been better. But the bed was comfortable.

Shower very small. Hot water unpredictable. No bar open to get a drink in the evening. I guess we were there too early. Having said that we enjoyed our stay .

The staff was so kind and friendly. They helped us when we asked anything from them. The breakfast was generous. We had nice roof top terrace with sea view. The garden is full of flowers and trees, the swimming pool was so "cool". Wifi was everywhere, Teher is a supermarket so close where you can buy everything.Our stay there was better what we imagine before the travel.

In the night there is a lot of noise about the route near the room. Bathroom is not so good

It had a good view but defined not worthy the money

The room was not cleaned even once in our stay, we had problem with hot water there was no hot water and when we complained to reception desk who did not help. We forgot our keys inside and they were not competent enough to open the door and decided to break the window without authorisation and tried to extort £150 for the damage they caused because they were unable to open the door, which was very stressful and unpleasant to deal with, leading to us having to move hotels in the middle of our holidays.
