Everything was superb! Efi is such a nice host , clean rooms , top location (great beach,plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bakery but also not crowded)...

We had an amazing time at Avra House. The location is great, the room was clean and it had an extraordinary view to the sea, mountain and the yard. The hosts, Efy and her mother, are amazing, they even baked cakes for us. We definetely coming back!

Big yard with tons of toys for children to play, clean rooms, best beach only 10 min walk away… everything was great. Efi is the best host ever, she makes sure all guests are satisfied and comfortable throughout their stay

Nothing to report here

First, the owner of AVRA house - Efi, she was very hospitality, friendly and helpful. Second, big green shaded garden, where our child played, and run around. Third, fascinating seaview from our balcony. Fourth, room was clean, well equipped with white towels and bed covers. The temperature inside of the room was really comfortable, so we didn't use air conditioner. We enjoyed the accomodations here. P.s. there is a little house on the tree like in childhood)

Everything was perfect!!!!

Firstly, Efi, the hostess is wonderful. She is friendly and helpful and maintains excellent standards of cleanliness. Secondly, the location is lovely, with a view to the sea and the smells of olive and fir trees. Thirdly, the place is perfect for someone with a small child. It is fenced and there are plenty of things to play with. The sea, which is a short walk through villas and forest down the hill is clean and shallow a good ways out (but not too shallow). The beach is also clean and not at all crowded.

The sound from the discoteque that could be heard if you were lying awake in the middle of the night. It is far away so not enough to wake you up, but when all else is quiet and you find yourself awake it is a bit annoying. As this place is really well isolated from the urban noises, I think that it is just unavoidable anywhere on Chalkidiki.

Everything is excellent! A good yard, where you can play with a child or just relax. Very kind hosts. I felt myself comfortable! No problems with checking in/out. Hosts helped us to call a taxi.

The host is very friendly and always helped us out when there was anything. 700m to one of the most beautiful beaches of Kassandra. And 900m to Kiropigi (supermarkets, shops and restaurants, all you need is there) The sea view of our 2nd floor appartment was just stunning. Very good price, the accomodation is simple but contains all necessities, towels and bedding get changed regularly, we had nothing more to ask for.
