The place was very good in quite area near the beach. Appartment was spacy what was important.

I really reccomend this place, we came here each year since 2014. Is a very nice and quite place with very large rooms, excellent facilities, 2 pools, beautiful terasse, good restaurats near by (I reccomend Okoto Restaurant) and nice beaches, one in front of the hotel and one not far away from, Vaya/Irakli beach (one of the great in Bulgary). And the price-quality balance is the best. Thank you Silver Beach for another excellent and relaxing holiday!

Will come back

Large room with enough storage space. The overall facility was clean and not very crowded. Large balcony with space for drying clothes. Close to the beach.

Superficial cleaning, no change of towels (we only got the 4 large towels, the 4 small ones were missing completely), no change of bedsheets during our 8 nights stay. Lack of enough kitchenware.

Reception staff didn't speak English, very bad communication. My youngest daughter (3) locked herself in the bathroom and managed to unlock the door by the time the reception lady came. She didn't understand that the locks on bathroom doors were hazardous for young children. Anyway, we called her to bring a key, but she was showing us that the locks were functioning very well. Both bathrooms had a really bad smell and were not extremely clean. There is one small exterior pool at ground level and one small exterior one on the top of the building. The beds were not at all comfy. A lot of stairs to get to the beach.

Rate is 9 with daily cleaning due to lack of restaurant/bar, and a lot of stairs to reach beachfront

Spacious rooms, clean, quiet family room, facilities to allow you cook food (stove). Room amenities - oven, fridge, kettle, baby crib (baby bed). Hotel facilities - main pool with kids space, direct access with elevator. Rooftop pool at next building (next hotel) which is cool if you want to use sunbeds in afternoon. Nearby parking with sufficient number of parking spots - it was free during our stay (keep in mind area is paid and charged by municipality).

Quite a lot steep stairs to reach the beachfront area. It was like 50+ stairs which is impossible for small kids (mines were age 2 and 5). No microwave at room (so you cannot quickly heat up food). Nearby small supermarket (100m from hotel) was quite overpriced. No restaurant at hotel premises which is inconvenient - you do not have place to have breakfast, lunch, dinner besides nearby supermarket and taking food to cook something at the hotel. Public parking is paid area (BGN 12 per night) although it was free during our stay as municipality have not started to charge tourists yet.

Pleasant but not great!

Location was good

Bed sheets did not fit, cleaning was a quick mop of the floor, towels were not changed enough. Hardly any signs in English especially at reception, so no idea what was going on! Sun beds possibly the most uncomfortable ever invented!

Disappointing

Very nice apartment, a good location, big and cozy rooms, everything was new.

I was extremely disappointed with the hotel's reception staff in terms of their inability to provide information and assistance regarding transfers to the city of Varna. The level of English spoken by the receptionist (female) was absolutely inadequate. Additionally, this particular receptionist displayed a complete lack of competence and showed arrogance toward guests. A hotel of this standard should undoubtedly have more competent staff, especially at the reception desk, and the ability to communicate in English should be a basic requirement. Considering the fact that the receptionist (woman) could not speak English at all, she was unable to provide me with even the most basic information in response to the questions I asked.

Very large, clean apartment. Great location, close to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The resort is a bit tired. None of the many restaurants and bars stood out.

Came back in 2022, after I stayed in Silver Beach Apartments in 2021. The hotel is on the beach, many guests are complaining about the stairs which lead to the beach, but that is the case for all accommodations in Byala, the city is build on a higher ground. The cleaning ladies came every day to clean. i asked them to change the towels after 2 days (I don’t like to throw those on the floor), has been done immediately). There is an exterior pool, cleaned by the maintenance staff. What I have reserved via Booking as room I also got, I mean here a room with double bed and see view. Silver Beach has a small shop at the ground floor where you can buy snacks or water. In the near is a supermarket (1-2 minutes), the Okoto Restaurant (3-5 minutes away; fresh and well cooked meals, great service and English speaking personnel and managers!). The city center is 7-10 minutes away at slow walk. In the hotel is also a fitness studio, can’t say anything about it, never used it. There is a parking place, costs 8 leva per night, The fee is paid in the parking at a designated parking employee,not at the hotel reception. I would put that as a minus, could be free of charge, but it is a common situation in Bulgaria, at least as personal exception. At the reception there are two employees, same as last year, the man is speaking English and is very kind, helpful and polite. Felt super in Silver Beach Apartments, recommend the place and I would return.

Very nice and comfortable location

The rooms in the appartment were very big and comfortable. The teo pools of the complex are very nice and clean. You can access the beach directly from the complex, on a stairs row The beach is very nice, not crowded and suitable for children. Supermarket very close and restaurants around

It was the second visit to Byala Silve Beach Complex and I would go again.

Very nice apartment with excellent see view, lovely beach close that was never crowded and has a nice beach bar, 2 stores nearby, nice restaurants within 5 - 10 min walk.

Property and apartments are showing usage marks, it would need some small renovations. The parking in front of the hotel is payed (it wasn't in the past). No toilets at pool or beach (at least I could not find any).

great location, great first impressions with apartment but shower issues do try patience somewhat as 5 min shower leads

location is fantastic, right on the beach, short walk to bars,restaurants and supermarkets. Apartment very large, modern and well designed with large roof terrace providing views of both pools and sea. one bedroom, but additional bunk beds, so sleeps 4.

on site restaurant closed. reception staff don’t all speak good English. some issues with apt I.e. aircon in bedroom not working properly (fan only after a lot of messing with controls…..reception aware and say waiting for spare parts), hairdryer missing (reception say stolen, provided replacement second day), no toaster, kitchen sink plug not working and no plug to bathroom sink. worst of all is that shower leaks very badly- attempted all kinds of ways to prevent, but only thing that stems flow of water leaking from beneath the bath is to operate with mixer tap between bath and shower setting, which reduces shower flow but still leaves lots of water to be mopped up afterwards. also, bath drain particularly poor, so be prepared to stand in water whilst showering.

Location of accommodation is excellent but area is in the development stage.

All good staff excellent people in the nearby supermarket and the restaurant were also excellent

A nice stay, for the

Nice beach, with a beach bar near. Wonderful view from the hotel. 2 swimming pools, one big at the ground floor and one small on the roof top. Nice garden with some nice cats. Outside is a nice playground for children.

To go to the beach you must descend some stairs (and then, you must climb the stairs to return at the hotel) and it could be a bit difficult for some people or for the children.

-The woman at the reception was extremely unfriendly. Unfriendly at welcome, unfriendly at departure, unfriendly while passing by. -On booking (german version), it said that there is a free parking, but there was no such thing when we arrived. - Do not go in September as there are little to no options for eating, almost all restaurants were closed

Pleasant

The pool was nice. Air conditioning was good. Bed was comfortable. Decent view from the balcony.

The furniture and room fixtures were not as in pictures. Bathroom had broken items. It was not worthy of a 4 stars accommodation - as the hotel is listed online. The hotel did not have parking included - there were parking spots for which you had to pay to an employee from the city I think, he was there. Receptionist did not speak English (I was asked if I speak Russian maybe..). ~7 minutes beyond the check-out time the receptionist was at my door, pointing to the watch. Nobody was wearing masks inside, as you'd expect with the virus roaming around.
