Upon arrival, I was upgraded to the Deluxe Double Room, which was clean, spacious and beautiful. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The location is perfect. The beach is a 2 minute walk away, it's right next door to 7/11 and No.9, a delicious Thai restaurant. I rented a bike from Cheap as Chips, next to the hotel, and went to Surin beach daily which is about a 20 minute ride away. In the evenings, one can enjoy the hustle and buzzle of Phuket night life a mere 15/20 minutes walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, it's superb value for money.

Hotel management is very welcoming. Specially those two sisters at the reception. Perfect location at patong beach less than minute walk. This is a normal hotel, nothing fancy if you have the budget go for a good one. Otherwise this wasn't that bad. Maybe its me because i have always stayed in luxury hotels. So for me this one was just fine to spend nights. Overall it was fine. :)

Superb

Very friendly staff especially the Muslim lady at the front desk. My room was spacious and clean and they let me check in an hour or two early. The location is excellent.. A minute walk to the beach. I would recommend.

My balcony was facing the street so I could hear all the car and music noises coming from cars. That was only a problem the first two nights but then I got used to it.

Everything... The rooms were dirty. The bathroom toilet hadn't been cleaned. The staff didn't speak much English. The room was loud because of the traffic on the road. The pictures online were not even close to looking how it should have looked in person. I felt completely catfished

Friendly staff- Smelly room

It was very close to the beach, and when we had an issue with your room, the staff upgraded us- no questions asked.

The first room we were given had a very bad smell and didn’t feel clean.

the room was small and no window and a/c wasn’t cool and staff was came in my room and took the electrical keycard off after I didn’t there for some reason And I didn’t accept that and the room was stinky about the bathroom floordrain came up in the room made smell all whole room.

Comfy, clean and strategic location for Muslim tourist

The location. Besides that, near to family mart. Best and excellent receptionist ❤️. For rent motorcycle is so easy. Near also to laundry and money changer. If you hungry there alot food stall in the morning and night. Especially for muslim. So halal its not an issue

The door is accessible by key not card. Water pressure is totally not good. The pipe in the toilet is broken. Toilet door kinda hard to lock. When we arrive the driver taxi provided by khaleej mass hotel should wait us at the arrival. Unfortunately, the driver is not shown up. So, we need to call and wait again for him to arrive. This is unacceptable. Because khaleej mass is the one promises to ensure to pick up us.
